"We really enjoyed our stay! The property was clean and spacious and the location was perfect, right in the heart of Anna Maria Island - walkable to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We had no issues during stay, but I would suggest guests to first get an inventory of what the house provides and doesn't provide before going to the grocery store. We had our grocery order delivered upon arrival and I had previously asked the host what type of coffee maker they had and I was told only a drip...

The location turned out to be perfect in all respects as it offered alternative options to get to specific locations throughout the area and it was within 30 minutes of everything even if traffic was heavy. "Quiet, cozy stay just a short walk to the beach or gulf. This place is perfect if you want to enjoy the quieter side of St Pete, namely Pass A Grille, yet close enough to plenty of activities and amenities. There was plenty of information for folks new to the area and for the check in process and during your stay. "Small but perfect for a getaway. Less than a block to the beach and a short drive or bike ride to the shops and restaurants. Beach chairs and wagon were provided making your beach day even easier. Would definitely stay again in the future."
