Our work team was in Ann Arbor for a week long job. Would much rather put them in a HOME rather than a HOTEL. My guys said it great. Perfect for what we needed.

Wonderful home

We found the home to be very inviting and comfortable. The owners offered all the amenities. It was a perfect place to relax and enjoy a friend's wedding weekend.

Perfect stay

We were there for a graduation celebration. This home was the perfect place to call our home base during the festivities. The kitchen was a nice size to cook a good and great quality sheets and towels. Thank you JMo and KT.

Great stay

Came to Ann Arbor to help our son move in to UM. House was very convenient and when we had some last minute issues and required a late check out, he owners could not have been more responsive and accommodating to our needs. House was bright, clean and comfortable. We will be staying here again.

Beautiful home very close to U of Michigan

The inside of this home is beautifully furnished and exceptionally clean. The communication with the host was wonderful and we loved all the recommendations they left for us. They even left a blender for us to use when I asked about it before the trip. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed walking to the local playground every evening with our kids (1/4 of a mile away). The backyard is slightly smaller than my kids would have liked and it’s noisy from the highway traffic. But the noise does not carry inside the house at all. We had a lovely time at this house and would definitely recommend it and look to stay here again in the future! 5 stars!!

Fantastic stay

For the same price as 2 hotel rooms, we were able to stay in a wonderful house with my parents and attend a family wedding. It was so clean, everything was easily found and accessible. Thank you so much JMo's Place!

Great home and location

The property is exactly as shown on the listing. Very nicely remodeled, and plenty of space for my family of 3. The host provided a Michigan themed gift upon arrival. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect and restfull.

We found this home warm and an overall homey feel. So clean, organized. The fireplace insert was the icing on the cake. Location was perfect from family and shopping. Owners were super quick to our inquiries. Can't wait to come again when we have a longer time to stay.

Great reunion spot!!

We loved staying here for a small reunion weekend in Ann Arbor! The house was perfectly located near downtown with plenty of parking. It was sparkling clean and well prepared for our group of 8, and check in/out was super easy. They were great hosts and everything went smoothly - would absolutely recommend to anyone spending time in Ann Arbor.

Great house and great landlord!

The place seems brand new and everything is as advertised. The landlord could not be more friendly or responsive. Great place to call home for a weekend in Ann Arbor!
