It consists of two separate bedrooms: one with a double bed (140 x 200 cm), ideal for restful nights, and a second with two single beds (80 x 190 cm), practical for children or accompanying guests. A convertible sofa in the living room provides an additional bed if necessary.

The living space is designed to offer independence and simplicity, with an equipped kitchenette including a stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, and essential crockery, including wine glasses for your moments of relaxation. The accommodation also has a TV, radiators, storage space with hangers, and constant hot water. For your safety, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed.

The accommodation includes a functional and pleasant shower room for everyday use. Outside, you can enjoy a private patio, perfect for soaking up the sunshine. The entrance is well lit, making it easy to arrive, and there is a laundromat on site.

Pets are accepted at an additional cost. Cleaning must be done before departure.
