Welcome to Atelier Audusson
This space has a surface area of 220m² to comfortably accommodate 15 visitors.

ON THE GROUND FLOOR, several spaces:

. 1 living room of 65m² with sofas, and many armchairs and hanging armchairs allowing you to enjoy the interior gardens and the brightness of the glass roofs.
1 TV with access to Netflix, Disney +, Amazon Prime, Canal + live.
Board games, some books and children's toys.
Bluetooth speakers to listen to your own music.
1 office space with WIFI internet connection or RJ45 socket

. 1 dining room and kitchen of 47m².
The dining table is 1m by 2m and can be extended to 3m, allowing the 15 people to be seated at the table.

The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge / freezer, dishwasher (with washing tablets), induction hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker and filter, kettle, toaster, and everything you need to prepare your meals like at home. A washing machine and dryer with washing tablets, an iron and ironing board are also on site.
A coffee/tea/sugar base, and oil/vinegar/salt-pepper, and paper towels and dish towels are available.
Nearby is 1 office space with WIFI internet connection or RJ45 socket

. 1 connected apartment with its separate living room with a TV, and a separate kitchen area.

Bedrooms and bathrooms on the first floor:
. 1 bedroom equipped with a 160cm bed, and wardrobe and shelf storage
. 2 bedrooms equipped with 140cm beds and wardrobe and shelf storage
. 2 bathrooms with large shower, toilet, towel dryer, hair dryer and shower gel available
. 1 separate toilet
Bed linen and towels/bath mats are provided, the beds are prepared for your arrival.

UPSTAIRS
Access by 2 stairs, the bedrooms and bathrooms:
. 1 bright bedroom with air conditioning, equipped with a 160cm double bed and drawer and wardrobe storage with hangers.
. 2 bedrooms with air conditioning overlooking the glass roofs of the living rooms, equipped with 140cm double bed and storage with wardrobe and shelves
. 1 bedroom with air conditioning, which can be converted into 2 single beds or 1 extra-large double bed 180cm, and storage with wardrobe and shelves
. 2 bathrooms, with large shower, toilet, towel dryer, hair dryer, and shower gel available.
. On the mezzanine an additional TV area has 1 single bed which can be used as an additional bed.
Bed linen and towels/bath mats are provided, the beds are prepared for your arrival.

BABY FACILITIES
Baby items are available free of charge on request: 2 folding beds with mattresses and fitted sheets, 2 high chairs, 2 car seats, bathtub, potty.
The top access of the stairs closes with a door or child safety gate, and another can be installed on the lower entrances.

HOURS – SELF ARRIVAL
Check-in is after 6pm, check-out is before 11am.
We may be able to accept early check-in or late check-out if availability allows, please do not hesitate to ask us.
Keys will be available in a key box. The code will be sent to you in the welcome message, 2 days before your arrival.

LOCATION
The workshop is a 5-minute walk from the station by a single road (we can send you an access map), and is also quickly accessible by car via Boulevard Charles Barangé (access to the D523, leading to the A11 motorway towards Paris or Nantes)
The downtown can be reached on foot: in 15 minutes to Boulevard Foch, 20 minutes to Place du Ralliement.
By tram it is about 12 minutes to the Place du Ralliement.

PARKING - VEHICLE
A free parking space is available in front of the entrance, on the street. It is wide enough to park a large vehicle.
To park additional vehicles, free street parking spaces are less than 5 minutes walk away, we can indicate them if you need them.
8 charging stations for electric vehicles are located less than 5 minutes walk away, on Place Lafayette.

SHOPS - RESTAURANTS
Place Lafayette is less than 5 minutes walk away: Bakery, Carrefour city, shops and restaurants are located there, as well as a beautiful market on Wednesday and Saturday mornings.
Nearby, is Place Giffard Langevin with several restaurants and terraces.

PETS
A small animal of less than 15 kg is welcome. Please let us know when they arrive, so that they can prepare their own food and water bowls.
In case of damage, the customer is responsible for it.

AIR CONDITIONING - VENTILATION - HEATING
The upstairs bedrooms are air-conditioned, the first floor bedrooms all have their fans, as well as in the dining and living area on the first floor.
Heating is by radiator on the upper floors, and underfloor heating on the first floor.

PARTIES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN
For the tranquility of our neighbours and attention to the premises and the interior gardens, we do not want parties in the premises.
Please also do not smoke inside.

Furniture and decoration may differ from photos: We often improve the appearance of the premises for the comfort of our guests.
