Room for the whole crew, with the ski shuttle right out front. Mountain Aerie is a 3-bedroom plus open loft condo in Angel Fire, fully restored in 2023 with a clean, modern look from top to bottom. Catch the shuttle across the street from the building's front door, then come back to a gas fireplace, a game loft with shuffleboard and a kitchen made for big family dinners. It sleeps nine.



WHY GUESTS LOVE MOUNTAIN AERIE



Made for families and groups of friends. Three bedrooms, an open loft and three bathrooms across two levels, so everyone has a place to land.



Ski without the drive. The ski shuttle stops just across the street from the building's front door, so the car can stay parked all week. Your gear goes in the ski locker.



The game loft. Upstairs, an open loft with shuffleboard, board games, a big-screen TV and a Murphy bunk: the room everyone ends up in every night.



Restored top to bottom. A full 2023 restoration means modern finishes, a modern kitchen and baths, and a fresh, bright feel throughout.



Kitchen and coffee. Plenty of pots, pans and serving dishes and a dining table for six. Every Sun Up Stays condo and townhome has the same morning ritual: our house roast, Kicking Horse Three Sisters whole beans (or a quality local roast if we're between restocks), a burr grinder and a Technivorm Moccamaster.



Comfortable and warm. A gas fireplace, heat in every room, memory-foam mattresses, ceiling fans, Smart TVs in every bedroom and a washer and dryer in the condo.



Sleeping. Primary bedroom: king with en-suite bath. Guest bedroom: queen. Upstairs bedroom: queen plus a twin. Open loft: Murphy bunk. Sleeps 9.



Parking. Plenty of free parking in the complex lots.



GOOD TO KNOW

- The building's elevator goes to the third floor; from there it's a short walk and a couple of short flights of stairs to the condo. Bring a bag cart or plan two trips.

- The upstairs bedroom and loft are reached by a spiral staircase. Take care with little ones and heavy bags.

- The loft is open to the floor below rather than a private room.

- There's no hot tub, and no air conditioning (ceiling fans in every room; it's rarely needed in Angel Fire).

- The upstairs bathroom's tub is out of service until it's replaced; its shower works normally, and both downstairs baths have a tub and shower.

- Outdoor grilling isn't allowed under local fire rules.

HOUSE RULES

Up to 9 guests. Primary renter must be 25 or older. Quiet hours 10 PM to 8 AM. No parties or events. No smoking anywhere, including decks and balconies. No pets. Check-in 4 PM, checkout 10 AM. Early check-in or late checkout is free when the schedule allows; we confirm the day before.
