Esta casa solar pasiva ahora con Internet de alta velocidad, se sitúa en más de 10.000 pies, es cálido y acogedor, incluso con 3 pies de nieve en el suelo. El esquí en esquí fuera de lugar hace que sea fácil de parada para el almuerzo o se caliente por el fuego con una taza de chocolate caliente.

Sentarse en el columpio en la terraza acristalada llena de luz y ver el alce, pavo, ciervos, y otra vida silvestre pastan en el patio delantero o dar un paseo lanzó el bosque de árboles de hoja perenne, álamos, y flores silvestres que florecen en todas partes.

La casa de 4 dormitorios con 3 ½ baños, puede dormir 12-16 y proporciona a cada uno un lugar cómodo. Hay una cocina totalmente equipada, así como una lavadora y secadora para su conveniencia "en casa".

Relajarse en la bañera de hidromasaje es el lugar perfecto para observar las estrellas después de un día de senderismo, golf, ciclismo de montaña, golf del disco volador, equitación, pesca, snowboard o esquí.

Ver salir el sol arriba, mientras que beber esa primera taza de café desde el rincón del desayuno, o disfrutar de la vista mientras se come la cena y jugar juegos.

Los huéspedes de nuestra casa Angel Fire Resort pueden disfrutar del restaurante Country Club, gimnasio, piscina y el campo de golf o explorar las tiendas y restaurantes cerca.

No importa la temporada que viene, hay algo para todo el mundo. En el verano el complejo ofrece algunos de los mejores ciclismo de montaña en el mundo y se puede empezar en nuestra puerta trasera, coger una pista a la telesilla que te lleva a la cima de la montaña y montar de nuevo a la casa todo cuesta abajo, todo en una tarde.

En el esquí y el snowboard meses de invierno, el esquí de fondo, raquetas de nieve o se puede hacer que la misma puerta de atrás.

Great place!

We had a fun family ski trip! A bit lacking in the snow department, but well, what can you do!? The house was fully stocked and Rick was a great host. Loved the sun room with all the gorgeous plants! Beautiful place!

A treehouse in the mountains of New Mexico

This place is so unique, in a good way. The living area on the main level included a very well appointed kitchen, a wood stove, multiple eating areas and comfortable living room. We were surprised buy the large sun room with a spiral staircase up to the second level. The craftsmanship is beautifulAnd a short walk to the Heading Home ski run was a major plus.

New Year Ski Trip

This is the second time we stayed in this amazing house. Rick was great and very helpful. We had a short walk to the slopes (due to Texas Flat not groomed) but were able to ski right up to the back door. Great ski-in / ski-out especially with kiddos. We loved this house.

Christmas family ski trip

Very unique property with lots of character. The orange dots on the tree path lead us to the slopes! Then, after a few hours, we loved skiing under the tree teepee all the way to the back door! This made it easy to come to the fully stocked kitchen for lunch, some rest time, then back on the slopes. We enjoyed a great family time!

Wonderful

We had an amazing vacation staying in this beautiful home. The owner, Rick, is so hospitable and just a text/call away with any thing you might need. The home is probably the best stocked rental we have ever had in our 30 years of traveling. Our boys loved being able to ski in and out. Chains or AWD vehicle are needed if there is a lot of snow as the home is located quite a ways up the mountain. We would definetly recommend this rental and hope to return in the near future.

Must be an advanced skilled skier to ski in

Super clean ! Loved our time here … if you don’t like stairs - then don’t book , all rooms are on second level . Kids can not ski in and out - we are in great shape - and it was HARD to ski in / out . Kids would not have made it . - there was not a lot of snow while we were at AF , so maybe that makes a difference. ?!

Wonderful time!

We had a wonderful time!… the 14 inches of snow on our arrival was awesome. The house was exceptionally stocked… when they say you need nothing but food and clothes… believe it! Everything we needed and wanted was there!. We had our family of 16 ages from 3 to 65… Rick even made us a trail from the house to the runs. Great hospitality and we Would definitely recommend this home! Thanks for a Wonderful time!!

This was a great place to stay!! We had an amazing time with our family and friends. We had 14 people and a baby and it was plenty of room. The walk to Headed Home was hard on us low altitude folks , but still not bad and would def stay again!!

Great House, Perfect for Multiple Families

This house is easy to access from the slopes, only a minute walk and has great little hills for the kids to sled on. We loved the deck and built an igloo. Overall great house.

Cozy home high on the mountain. Easy ski in to heading home once you know the way! The driveway is not steep as with many of the rentals and the hot tub was a hit!

Beyond expectations

This place is so cool. First off, the owners are flat out, good folks (kinda wish they could have hung out with us for a day). At booking, the house fit all of our needs, at check in, the place was way cooler than we imagined. I get the feeling that Rick (owner) is a craftsman because the home has some great, old wood mixed with some Useful metal touches. My wife is a great cook and planned to cook all meals,, she was so delighted that Virginia (owner) had every single pot, pan, strainer, opener, container, utensil, etc you have in your own kitchen. Our kids had been plotting out which bunk bed they were going to claim, prior to arrival. They were blown away at how much cooler the bunks were in person. Hot tub is awesome, ski in-ski out is bliss. Let me mention the rope swing that is a kiddo favorite as well. Thank you, Virginia and Rick!

Ski in ski out home with personal charm

Staying at the house was a wonderful experience for the young and old of our groups. The expert snowboarders (2 people) had no problem boarding back to the house back yard while the rest of us had to exercise a little more figuring out how to make it. Lol . It was our first ski in ski out and it’s definitely cooler than having to pack up and drive to the lift daily. You do have to walk over to the second slope to board down if you’re not super experienced. Getting to come back for lunch daily was so awesome and energy saving. Teens have the freedom of boarding at their own schedule. My mother, aunt, and uncle were so in love with the sunroom plants and the surrounding scenery. They took time to explore every morning. We all loved when the deers would visit too. The house was at a great temperature and we had hot showers and shampoo. Beyond enough pots and appliances. You get used to the narrow wood spiral staircase after awhile. There was laundry machines and a bbq grill too. There was a handful of us that suffered altitude sickness, which is always the norm for me when staying this high up in Colorado. The 3rd night my husband bought a recommended can of oxygen boost and gave it to me. I was skeptical but figured why not and puffed in air maybe 4 times before bed and holy cow my heart finally stopped pounding out of my chest loudly. It decreased the extreme feeling by half and I was finally able to sleep and lie down.! Oh and the first night we arrived my husband and son did one run down the mtn and I just drove down the mtn to pick them up. It was so cool, no lift needed that day. We had few Baby beginners and the one run from our house to the base was pretty long enough, once at the bottom their dad drove down to pick them up and take them home. No lift needed for them that day .lol This house brought all our families together, we danced, sang, and played games together nightly. Thank you so very much for letting us stay!
