And, for those of you who are designated drivers, our home is 1.5 miles from the country club, tennis center and an outdoor children’s play area, 3 miles from the Angel Fire ski resort, and 3 miles from Monte Verde lake. Eagle Nest Lake is about 14 miles, Red River about 30 miles, and Taos about 27 miles.  The home provides easy year-round access, but please do note that a 4WD is recommended in Angel Fire during snowy conditions.

There is no trash collection service in Angel Fire. Guests are expected to take trash to 27 Halo Pines Road, Angel Fire (in town) and dump it there. There is no charge for dumping trash there. However, there is a charge of $20 per bag of trash left behind.

Minimum age requirement for renter: 25 years

Pets are not permitted.

Smoking is not permitted

The driveway has sufficient parking for 4-5 cars. Additional cars/trucks/trailers not permitted. No parking or driving on the lawn. Also, please note that Angel Fire has restrictions on street parking in neighborhoods.

Please - no food or drinks in bed.

For kids - no glue, slime, glitter, etc. on furniture or carpeted area

No shoes in the home beyond the garage and foyer.
