This beautiful stone and cedar home with a hot tub is only three blocks away from all the mountain fun and comfortably sleeps a total of eighteen! The main house has four bedrooms/three baths and sleeps fifteen. In addition, there is a separate apartment above the garage with a full bathroom and room for an additional five guests. You can bring the whole family to this Mountain Getaway! When you enter the property, the first floor has three bedrooms; the first bedroom has three twin beds, and the second room features a king-sized bed. The third bedroom with a basketball game has two twins with pull-out twin trundles a queen futon and a 55” TV with a USB cord for easy connection to the computer so that it can used in lieu of multiple monitors for working. The upstairs level is an open floor plan with a kitchen, dining area, and large family room that has two futons (one double and one queen). The open concept living space is the perfect family gathering area. You will build wonderful memories cozying up next to the wood-burning fireplace. The huge wrap-around deck, which is accessible from the family room, kitchen, and primary bedroom is another place where everyone will love to watch nature and the stunning sunset. The primary bedroom, located on the upper floor, has a king-sized bed, adjustable-height desk, TV, and a private en-suite bathroom. The fifth bedroom is located in the attached apartment above the garage. It has a bathroom with two twin beds one queen-sized bed, and one double futon, and also comes with a 55" TV with a USB cord. Everyone in your party will enjoy relaxing in the outdoor hot tub. Even the family dog is invited to join in the fun (a pet fee may apply). This home has free Wi-Fi and satellite TV. Please note this home has stairs and does not offer garage access for guests.

PARKING: On-site parking for 2 to 3 vehicles
INSURANCE: Most reservations come with accidental damage insurance, should you have an accident in the home. The Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 OR $1,000,000 coverage for property damage and bodily injury depending on the property.
SAFETY & SECURITY: For the security and safety of our property and guests, please note that we have active exterior security cameras and here are their locations: on the front door doorbell, over the large garage door at the top of the driveway, outside the door off the kitchen, and outside the door to the mudroom. These cameras monitor exterior perimeter only. There are absolutely no cameras inside the home or in any private spaces.

All our properties are maintained by professional snow-plowmen; we make every effort to ensure the property is accessible upon arrival. However, please be prepared for extreme weather conditions. A 4WD or AWD vehicle is highly recommended. Resort Properties of Angel Fire cannot be responsible for guests' inability to reach the booked property due to the lack of a 4WD/AWD vehicle.
