  • Villa Melissa is a hidden gem nestled on the southwest coast of Andros, offering a breathtaking 180-degree view of the Aegean Sea. From behind the rugged cliffs to the distant islands of Yaros, Kea (Tzia), and Syros, the view is spectacular. The villa enjoys total peace and privacy, making it the perfect retreat for those seeking tranquility and a connection with nature.

    6 minutes drive away, you'll find the charming beaches of Apothikes and Halkolimionas, both equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, and beach bars. For those wishing to explore more, the most of the beaches of the island are easily accessible by car.

    The villa is ideally situated between the two main towns of the island, Batsi and Chora, with both being only a 15 to 20 minute drive away, making it easy to experience the charm of both.

    Villa Melissa combines traditional elements of wood and stone with modern comforts. The outdoor space features a beautiful 10 x 5 meter swimming pool, surrounded by grass and a paved terrace. A wooden pergola attached to the house provides a shaded area for dining or relaxing.

    Inside, the villa offers a harmonious mix of traditional and modern aesthetics. The spacious rooms are designed with an open-plan layout, ensuring a feeling of openness and connectivity throughout.

    The villa spans two floors, with a staircase connecting the upper and lower levels. The lower floor features a large living room, a cozy sitting area, a fully equipped kitchen, a guest room, and a bathroom with a shower cabin.
    On the upper floor, you'll find two inviting bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed and shared access to a single bathroom as well as a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

The house was great!

We truly enjoyed the house and the pool. The kitchen had everything we needed and we loved being able to dine outiside on the patio. The view from the house to the ocean is stunning and we were really able to relax. The house is not too far from Andros Town or Batsi and we were able to do lots of great hiking not far away.

Wild Andros - spacious villa

Very spacious villa, nicely decorated. Note that the upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms were better than the ground floor ones in decoration and space (we had tall people in the downstairs bathroom, it was not ideal). The pool was super clean, the large kitchen very well equipped and with a generous welcome basket of food&drink. Located near 2 great beaches. Off the beaten path. A bit far from groceries and restaurants.

Vue à couper le souffle.

Ionna a été une hôte parfaite et a su réagir avec beaucoup d'efficacité lors des petits problèmes rencontrés. La maison est magnifique, tant par son emplacement et sa vue incroyables que par son intérieur, aménagé avec goût et classe. Nous n'avons juste pas eu de chance avec la météo (vent violent permanent), mais Andros est vraiment une ile superbe!

Ioanna was an amazing hostess. The house is well designed and flexible with a great flow and stunning views: fun to hear the goats on the hills around but don’t let them in to demolish! The house feels generous in every way -

A lovely villa with breathtaking mountain views down to the beach.

This is a wonderful, private villa where six to 8 people can enjoy in the lovely unspoilt island of Andros. It’s only 10 minutes drive to some charming, uncrowned beaches that each have their own bars offering basic food and drinks. The owner Is very organised providing all the directions and advice you need and the villa is stocked with all the necessities too. The only downside is that the nearest food shop is around 25 minutes drive away in Batsi. But that is partly down to Andros being a very unspoilt island. Enjoy the beautiful infinity pool, and if you’re lucky, a couple of mountain goats might visit you first thing in the morning.

very nice place

the house was great and very well located. It was very easy to go everywhere and visit the island. we did nice walks from little villages down to the sea and as it was windy we didn’t suffer too much of the heat when walking. we had a very nice time, greek people are all very nice and we felt very far from home !

Wij hebben met de familie, 8 volwassenen, fantastische dagen gehad. Het huis; styling, uitzicht, gebruiksvriendelijk, voldoende ruimte, schoon, van alle gemakken voorzien, wij komen heel graag terug. Iedere dag genoten van de geiten, het uitzicht, de ligging. Andros heeft ons hart gestolen. Alleen zou het dan heel fijn zijn om te weten of er ergens fietsen te huur zijn. Thank you Losanna😊👌😍😘

Relaxing Greek Ester in the wonderful House

We like the location and all the amenities in the house. It was cold for the swimming pool but beach in Andros is nice and much better. Andros is beautiful island specially in the spring with possibility to spend more than 1 week, Almost every day we go to the Andros city which is one of the best place in the island and around 20 min from the house. Fantastic property and excellent location

A tremendous base to stay on Andros as centrally located for everything on this 25 x 10 miles island. The interior of the villa is stunning, with every amenity you could possibly need. The huge terrace includes a large private 10 x 6 metre infinity pool with fantastic views of the Agean sea. The villa owner, Antonis, was excellent in providing help and information - his attention to detail is second to none. He arranged our car hire, recommended a hotel in Port Rafina, and provided detailed information about the ferry services to Andros, where to eat, local beaches, where to shop etc. The small family run traditional taverna, 5 kms up the road towards Chora, was excellent to experience local Greek food and hospitality. The owners of the villa immediately behind and slightly above the property were very nice as well as being helpful. A fantastic villa and a beautiful island with lovely walking on the Andros route.

Amazing holidays in Antonis house

We spent an amazing week with friends in Villa Melissa. The house is very confortable, well furnished with large rooms. There is a large terrasse with a beautiful view on the pool and Agean sea. The house is very clean and tastefully decorated. Antonis has been very kind and helpful for the organisation, he was always available to help and gave us a lot of very good advises for beaches, restaurant and places of interest. Andros is a beautiful island, typically Greek with a lot of beautiful beaches and villages. This is not too touristic that is very relaxing. We highly recommend this house!

Wonderful vacation

It was our first time vacationing in Andros and I can say that we were more than pleased. The villa was clean and tidy and the interior design was both, modern and authentic. The views are stunning and we liked very much that we could take a 5min drive right to the beach. It was very convenient that the beach had a very nice beach bar. We spent a lot of time lounging on our terrace enjoying the pool. I would recommend this accommodation to others as I believe its laid back luxurious atmosphere is one many would appreciate. The owners were very nice and friendly which made it all the more enjoyable. Great place, hope to return soon!
