"Our return to Alfred University was very special, and we deeply appreciated the accommodations and hospitality provided by Steve and Luanne in their lovely, cozy home. It offered not only a great night’s rest, but also a warm and comfortable space to spend time with old friends. "Breakfast, coffee and cereal/fruit or bagel,I was fined $52 for smoking in the room. I DID'NT smoke in the room, I smoked outside, put the cigarette butt in my pocket and went back to my room to pack and checkout. I threw the butt in the trash in the room. Housekeeping took a picture of THAT, said there was hazy smoke on the air (2 hours later, after I checked out) and insisted that I smoked in the room I am appalled and angry that they are basically calling me a liar, and I will have my bank...

"Warm and cozy, plenty of room to be comfortable with a large dog. Amazing views as always! A home away from home with allThe conveniences. Wanted to hike the trails, but my dog wasn’t a fan of of the deeper snow, despite his long legs. Having stayed here in the summer, I know the woods and trails would have been beautiful. "
