A CHANGE OF SCENERY. in our recent house of 80m2 on a plot of 450m2, located 150M from the first shops "bakery / fishmonger / pizzeria / greengrocer/wine merchant/crossroads Market"<br>The first beach of the basin is located 800m away.<br>The house is air-conditioned in a quiet 2nd position, with direct access to the cycle path (small gate at the bottom of the garden). <br>There are 3 bedrooms <br>- 1 with a double bed 160x200 with cupboard and dresser<br>-1 with a double bed 140x200 with a closet.<br>- 1 with a 90x190 bunk bed and a single bed with a closet <br>A separate toilet with its washbasin<br>A bathroom with bath/shower/toilet/washing machine<br>A living room - dining room - kitchen with all the necessary equipment (coffee maker, senseo pod)<br>Outside you can enjoy the various facilities:<br>Terrace/ dining table/ garden furniture/ sun loungers/barbecue <br>A hut for children, <br>In summer (July/August) you can also enjoy an inflatable spa.<br>Possibility to install the spa outside the summer period on request (80€)<br>Possibility of renting sheets and/or towels on request,<br>Sheets: 15€/bed, towels: 6€/pers<br>A deposit cheque will be required upon arrival<br>Please respect the premises and return the house in a perfect state of cleanliness, a cleaning fee can also be offered for the end of the stay (80€)<br>Parties are not allowed<br>Pets allowed extra 20€,
