    Located conveniently near stores, restaurants, and fantastic breweries, this property is also close to breathtaking parks and beautiful trails. Nestled in Alaska's stunning landscape, this lovely three-bedroom retreat in Anchorage is just minutes away from the Dimond Center, Kincaid Park, and the Alaska Zoo, making it a prime location for exploring the city's top attractions.

Great bastion of quiet, safety and comfort in the rough and run down city of Anchorage.If you’re traveling through, this is the spot and Lisa was a wonderful host.

Great location! Close to Kincaid Park which was really convenient. Stocked with all the basics so we didn’t need to stock up on toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, detergent during our stay. Would stay again.

Absolutely perfect stay! This 3-bedroom home was impeccably clean, incredibly comfortable, and felt just like home. The location is absolutely fantastic—so convenient to everything we wanted to do. The unit was fully stocked with everything we could have possibly needed. Highly recommend!

Everything was very clean and well furnished. We would definitely stay there again. It was a great base camp for excursions to other parts of Alaska, without having to carry all our luggage. The small cooler and little ice packs were used everyday. Very roomy for our family of five. Comfortable beds, high pressure shower upstairs, fan in each bedroom, plus blinds and curtains to darken the bedrooms. Able to do laundry, there is detergent, we brought our own "free & clear" soap.Quiet neighborhood, did not hear traffic or outside noises. Great communication from host and easy access.Absolutely lovely!

Clean and convenient!!

A lovely place! Very clean and easily accessible for getting around Anchorage. It was our home base for 5 nights and met every expectation. Lisa is a great host and responded quickly to every request or question.

Great experience again. The rooms are great and by far the biggest than any vrbo on our trip. Really gave us room to go through your luggage and get organized. Place is clean and was perfect for our family.
