Room was fine, Experience was not

Overall the room is sufficient. Clean, comfortable bed, decent kitchen. It's in an ok part of town (a regular neighborhood, nothing in walking distance) and it's one apartment in the front of a house that was converted to have multiple units. The biggest issue with the room is that there isn't a bathroom door, just a curtain. However, I had several issues with the overall stay. I wasn't provided check-in information until I contacted VRBO support (technically 6 hours after check in, but we got in late). The deadbolt on the door actually keeps the door unlocked which wasn't communicated until someone burst into the room in the middle of the night. I would not recommend this place or stay here again.

The bed was comfortable, but up against the wall. Very difficult for one of us to get in and out of bed. One of the window shades would not pull down. There is no bathroom door, just a curfain. Two tiny coffee pods that don't work well in the coffee maker. TV was out on our third evening. Fine for one person, not for two.

Clean room at hostel

This description does not mention that this is a suite room in a big house with other rooms and guests. So this is like a hostel not a separate apartment or home. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. However, i would not stay here again knowing this is a hostel like place.

Traitor behind the scene

Booked a day in advance. Everything was confirmed for a 2-3 day stay while vacationing and the money was paid. Received my confirmation code and looked forward to going and enjoying our stay. Come time to check in and host Ali Joseph had cancelled the reservation and refunded me. With NO explanation at all!! II was so very upset and felt betrayed, Mr Ali had broken a contract with us, without our knowledge. He had wrecked the whole day of vacationing because we had to do a motel search. What a complete loser. I’ll be contacting BBB regarding this matter
