Stunning townhome in Girdwood w/ game room and sauna!

This recently built (2023) spacious 2 story townhome is the prefect mountain retreat. Featuring 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath, plus bonus game/fitness room all beautifully decorated in a modern mountain style. 5 min drive to Alyeska Resort, Nordic Spa and restaurants! Whether you're skiing in the winter or hiking in the summer, this townhome is the perfect home base for your adventure!

First Floor Amenities:
The townhome has 2 floors with the ground floor entrance leading to two bedrooms and a full bath. Bedroom #1 features a queen bed, smart TV and large walk-in closet. Bedroom #2 is our bunk room with 4 twin beds, walk-in closet and stocked with children books to keep the little ones entertained. You can also access the garage which has been transformed into an amazing entertainment room! Featuring a 12’ shuffle board, foos ball table, dart board, 75” smart TV, Sonos speakers, wet bar, beverage fridge and plenty of seating. We even have a sauna, yoga mats, dumbbells, kettle bells and resistant bands in the garage if you feel like getting a sweat in while on vacation!


Second Floor Amenities:
Upstairs, the brightly lit main floor features an open concept layout equipped with modern amenities and essentials. The living room has a 65” smart TV, Sonos speakers and lots of comfortable seating. Balcony with BBQ, fire pit and outdoor seating. The kitchen comes fully stocked with beautiful new Café appliances, dishwasher, microwave and cookware. The dining room features large windows and a solid oak dining table that seats 8- 12. The primary suite is also on the main floor which features a king bed, desk, accent chair, ensuite bathroom and large walk-in closet with mountain views!

This was an amazing property - well stocked, clean, comfy beds and just a very short drive to the resort. We especially loved the sauna after a cold day of skiing! I would highly recommend!!

This property is truly exceptional. With a great location 40 minutes South of Anchorage and 5 minutes from Alyeska Ski Resort, the townhome has easy access to both. The property pictures are accurate as this is a beautifully appointed home. The beds were comfortable, linens were high quality, and the amenities plentiful. The host has it fully stocked with lots of extra towels, pillows, blankets, trash bags, detergent, soap, shampoo, etc. We stayed for a week and didn’t have to restock anything. The kitchen has everything you need and is a beautiful space to be in. The host was communicative and provided everything we needed to make check in & check out a breeze. Having stayed in many VRBOs, one thing I especially appreciated about this host/property - the only thing asked of us upon checkout was to start the dishwasher and turn off the lights! We didn’t need to strip beds, start laundry, etc - loved it! Would highly recommend!

Fantastic Property!

Beautiful property with a well stocked kitchen and a fun game room. The kitchen has everything we needed including spices, everything for coffee/tea and extras like syrup and cooking oil. The townhome is within minutes of Alyeska resort and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable.

This is truly a five star experience - she has thought of everything you might need. It’s a beautiful home AND very comfortable and homey. The seven of us had plenty of space to spread out and also to hang together. Girdwood is a great location - beautiful and easy drive for several day trips.

Fun and Convenient

Great home located in a little duplex/triplex group. About 45 minutes from Anchorage with easy access to Kenai peninsula. Just a few minutes from some great restaurants in Girdwood if you don’t want to cook every meal, but outside of the town proper. The game room is super fun and the living areas and beds were all very comfortable.

What a Vacation!

The home was in a great location; easy access to Anchorage, Seward, and Whittier. The place was amazing, clean, and worked well for our family. We saw eagles and a couple of moose out of the dining room windows.

Great place to stay

We liked the location, the layout of the place and the cleanliness. Did day trips for tours in the area. Loved the fireplace after coming back from some cold outing and rain. We did fix most of our meals there and could have used a few more large pots. Would stay here again if back in the area.

Amazing family home

We had the best time with our kids. Lots of room, beautifully decorated and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen with everything needed. The host was wonderful to communicate with also. Definitely will book again for our next getaway!

Wonderful home for a family or a group.

The property is spacious but also cozy. We especially enjoyed the openness of the kitchen area and the living room. We had ample island/ counter space for preparing meals including individual pizza night. We stayed with our adult children and their significant others and were able to enjoy the above mentioned as well as the game room down stairs yet have separate beautifully appointed bedrooms. Jodi was communicative and promptly provided us with the easy check in information. We would definitely stay again! Also the Christmas tree was the perfect extra holiday touch!

FABULOUS!

If you are looking for a beautifully decorated place to stay with thoughtful and quality amenities (quality linens, soaps, lotions, great selection of coffee, snack basket to welcome guests) look no further. We have stayed at many properties in Girdwood through the years and this has taken the #1 spot on our list. Close to the fun and events of the mountain and wonderfully welcoming after a day of adventures. The game room was an absolute hit with the kids and allowed adults to gather and talk upstairs by the fireplace. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Beautiful stay in Girdwood

We kicked off our Christmas break with a ski weekend in Girdwood. The weather didn’t cooperate with lots of rain, so it was perfect having a wonderful house to stay in! The kids, and adults, really enjoyed the game room and layout of the townhouse. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was included! Would definitely stay here again!

Book this house immediately!

We loved staying in this house. We ended up with our glacier tour being cancelled and this was the perfect house to stay in. There is plenty of space and the best entertainment/game room. Anything you can think of, this house has it.

Fabulous Stay

The house is decorated beautifully and very comfortable to stay in. The description and pictures are perfectly acurate. We loved the upstairs windows and even watched a mother moose and her two babies wake right by. The windows open very nicely to let the cool Alaska air in. Loved the gas fireplace upstairs, gas fire pit table on the deck, large laundry room, game room in the garage, and sauna. Beds were super comfortable and large TV's in the rooms and family areas. An added plus was that the house was stocked with everything you need. No running out to buy garbage bags, dish soap, etc. A very nice touch. We visited Seward, Anchorage and Soldotna and the drives were fine. Got to see a Bore Tide come in two nights and rode the Alyeska tram to the top of the mountain. I would give the house a 12 out of 10! Would stay here again without a question!

Beautiful Home!

Beautiful home perfect for our family of 7. The game room, kitchen and views from all the large windows were highlights!! Well stocked and a great location for day trips to Seward and Whittier. We loved it!

The house is perfect and the location in Girdwood is fantastic. The proximity to Anchorage and the Kenai peninsula makes it a central location to explore all there is to do in the area. Would definitely stay again!

Could not have been happier. Host was easy to work with, easy to communicate with, condo was extremely well appointed. Over the years my group has rented several ski area rentals. Most were fine with no problems but they usually feel like a rental facility. This condo felt like a home.

Amazing Famiky Rental for skiing at Aleyska

This property was as amazing as the pictures!! It far exceeded our expectations, and we were surprised by the thoughtful seasonal decorations including a beautiful Christmas tree in the living room! The property was very well cleaned. The property manager was amazing and reachable. Such a treat to have rented this Vrbo! I highly recommend it!!
