Our fully remodeled slope-side getaway is located at the base of Alyeska with gorgeous views of the mountain. Just a short 2 min walk from the ski lifts, the Sitzmark Bar & Grill, and only 1 min from the fantastic Jack Sprat restaurant, our location cannot be beat. The unit comes complete with everything needed to cook full meals, relax after a day in the mountains, and get a wonderful night's sleep to wake up refreshed for more adventures!

Place is freshly remodeled, boasting contemporary design and well-appointed furnishings to ensure a stay of utmost relaxation.

Rest easy after a day on the slopes in our two spacious bedrooms, each equipped with sumptuous beds, premium linens, and ample storage. One bedroom is setup with a king bed and a view to the mountains, second bedroom has a bunk bed and a pull out couch.

Guest Access:

There will be a key to the building inside a lockbox on side of building plus unit door code. Instructions and codes will be emailed/texted to you closer to your arrival.

Getting Around:

Car is recommended - Girdwood is about a 45-50 minute drive from Anchorage.

Awesome Stay!

This is definitely a hidden gem. It was the perfect place for a nights stay and is near the base of the Alysha Mountain and 2 roads (walking distance) from Jack Sprat. Highly recommend!

Modern, clean, convenient

This place is exactly as pictured. This is a wonderful place to stay. We weren't skiing but the location was perfect for visiting Girdwood and Whittier. The views from the balcony are beautiful and the resort has plenty of conveniences for groceries, basic needs and places to eat. It has a wonderful little pizza place and bakery at the entrance to the resort. The communication with the host from start to finish was easy and all our questions were answered. The arrival and exit instructions were easy to understand. It was extremely clean, decently stocked kitchen, had shampoo, conditioner and soap available, plenty of extra blankets and plenty of washcloths and towels. The swing was a big hit for taking pictures and all the beds/couches were comfortable. The master bedroom was large with plenty of room to unpack. The second bedroom was a great place for 3 teens but 4 could have definitely fit. The steps to get upstairs are steep and very challenging to get suitcases up and down but we all had full size suitcases and managed to do it. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Stayed a couple days here for a wedding

Amazing property. After getting catfished with our hotel in Anchorage this property in Girdwood was a welcome sight and stay. Extremely clean, beautiful view, comfortable beds, easy check in and check out process. Would stay here again a heartbeat!

A nice peaceful stay

My family of 4 only had 1 day here. It was a nice place to wind down from our 10 day trip. The direction were easy to follow and the building was nice and quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Property was very nice and comfortable inside. We didn't receive anything via email about check in, check out therefore the process was a bit confusing. It was great to talk to the representative for Casa Rentals. The person we spoke to was very helpful.

Great updated condo! Convenient location

This condo appears to have been remodeled very recently. Items are new, fresh and a clean, simple yet lovely design. The master bed was very comfortable and the shower warm and was stocked with necessities. A hair dryer was included (a big plus) and the water pitcher and keurig were awesome additions. Beautiful view up the mountain and thankful there were functioning windows as the weather was lovely and the cool fresh air was welcome.

Mountains at their best

Beautiful, newly, remodeled top of the line property! Walking distance to lifts. Great view. Plenty of space. The host was extremely responsive and helpful with any concerns or information. We would definitely stay there again!
