This is a single level family home with a spacious backyard, front yard and a brand new hottub!

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full home minus the garage. You will park on the driveway and only have 2 stairs to get to the main door - no more stairs after that.

The Neighborhood:
South Anchorage neighborhood with quick access to Minnesota Drive (one of the main North/South Corridors) quick access to downtown, Seward highway, and popular shopping amenities and restaurants close by. This is a family friendly neighborhood that is close to one of the largest High Schools, parks, trails, playgrounds.

Getting Around:
We always recommend a vehicle to help explore ALASKA!

Other Things to Note:
We do not refund any Credit Card Fees associated with your reservation. We also charge a $300 deposit/hold for you stay with us. This is mandatory and should you not have the funds to process the booking amount plus hold will result in immediate cancellation and no refund.
