Welcome to our spacious, remodeled apartment in South Anchorage at Dimond Boulevard and Jewel Lake Road. If you're looking for convenience, we're close to South Anchorage shopping and the Anchorage International Airport, making it ideal for stocking up on supplies or having easy access to the airport.
When it comes to amenities, we've got you covered. Enjoy good WiFi, parking, and internet TV during your stay. Laundry facilities are available on-site for just $2 per load. The airport/train station is a mere 4.5 miles away, making transportation a breeze.

We understand that pets are part of the family, so we welcome them with prior approval. Please note that there is a $30 nightly pet fee to cover the additional cleaning and potential damage caused by pets.

The bedrooms offer ample space, pleanty of storage in drawers and closets, and comfortable queen-sized beds. You'll find shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap in the large full bathroom. The kitchen includes a microwave, coffee pot, toaster, kettle, and plenty of dishes and cookware. The breakfast nook provides a cozy and well-lit spot to enjoy your meals. We also provide extra towels, pillows, and blankets for your comfort.

With self-check-in using a lockbox, late arrivals are not a problem. You'll receive the code a few days before you arrive. One parking space is yours in the parking lot.

Check-in time is at 4 pm, and check-out is at 11 am. We offer early check-in for $50.00 when arranged in advanced.

Please keep in mind that our location in South Anchorage offers easy access to shopping and the airport. While downtown properties may be more expensive, our affordable option provides great value. We are surrounded by major brand stores, such as Dimond Center Mall, Walmart, Costco, Fred Meyer, Best Buy, Bed, Bath and Beyond, Michaels, Petco, and Cabella's. Skinny Raven, a shoe store with a track and knowledgeable staff, is at the end of our street. Cambell Creek Trail, ice skating, bowling, and movies at Dimond Center Mall provide entertainment options in the area.
