With 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, a bonus room featuring two twin beds this home is perfect for small groups looking for a quaint space to relax or a large group looking to create that home away from home. From the well appointed kitchen, bedrooms, and baths to the large open concept living space this home is sure to make your Anchorage stay enjoyable and cozy.



The Space:

Immerse yourself in the beauty of Alaska at our exquisite 3-bedroom home located in the peaceful Forrest Park family-friendly neighborhood of Anchorage. This charming retreat is close access to the Anchorage Coastal Trail, Westchester Lagoon, Airport, and parks. Comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests, making it an ideal choice for families, friends, and special gatherings seeking both adventure and relaxation.



Living Spaces: The inviting living room, with large windows, offers breathtaking views of the Alaskan wilderness. It features comfortable seating, a cozy fireplace, and a state-of-the-art entertainment system.

Bedrooms: Each of the three bedrooms is a haven of comfort. The master suite includes a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a king bed, while the third bedroom offers one queen bed. Additional guests can be accommodated on the downstairs living room two twin beds a queen air mattress, and two twin portable beds in the bedroom closets.

Kitchen and Dining: The fully-equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, with modern appliances and all the necessary utensils. The adjacent dining area seats 8, perfect for enjoying home-cooked meals.



Hot Tub: Relax in the private outdoor hot tub, ideal for soaking while admiring the Alaskan sky.



This is a very family-friendly home in a quite residential neighborhood.

Forrest Park is one of Anchorages highly desired neighborhoods. With close access to the airport, the coastal trail, downtown, and grocery, this is sure to make your trip to Anchorage easy with a great location and nice neighborhood.

Rental Car is recommended but Lyft/Uber and Taxi are readily available

This was a perfect place for us to stay as we were a mixed group of all family members men and women here in Alaska to meet a legal challenge. The house provided a comfortable, peaceful atmosphere and the hosts had coffee for us and lovely linen’s beds and everything we needed. They were very responsive to our requests and I would highly recommend this place And its hosts.

The house is beautiful, and the managers were extremely responsive. We had one issue - totally out of the control of the managers - which was fixed within 15 minutes. Everyone went above and beyond to be sure our stay was perfect. The house is in a very nice neighborhood, close to many attractions. I can't say enough good things about this rental!

Nice property. Easy to find and access. Comfortable for the first 8 and the 9th was kind of in the living room on an air mattress. Totally worked, I just hadn't really thought through that. Front windows out to the street were beautiful! Everything was clean and had everything we needed (i.e. hair dryer, kitchen utensils, etc.). Would stay here again. Only minor issue was there was a tree out front that was dropping some super dark berry that was staining clothes and I was worried we would get in trouble for the carpet in the rental car so we made everyone walk around on the grass and parked closer to the street and we were ok. I'll bet that is a time of year thing, too but it looked like the driveway hadn't been cleared off in a while.

Perfect Location

This property was conveniently located to everything we wanted to see and do. It was a good match for two families to stay at with tweens and teens. The two adult couples enjoyed staying upstairs while the kids enjoyed the spacious downstairs. It was nice to unwind after our day of adventure in the Jacuzzi. Some of the items on the property we would have enjoyed, but we’re not included, were more than four chairs at the dining table (so we could all eat together), wine glass stemware, and additional towels for the Jacuzzi. Thanks for hosting us!
