Our hotel is perfectly nestled between Rincón and Añasco in a serene, exclusive area with jaw-dropping views. Although it’s about 2.5 hours from Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport in San Juan, we’re just a 30-minute drive from Rafael Hernández International Airport in Aguadilla and only an hour from Mercedita International Airport in Ponce—giving you flexible travel options.
The journey to the hotel is an experience in itself, taking you through charming towns and stunning landscapes that showcase the true spirit of Puerto Rico. The roads are well-maintained, turning your drive into a scenic adventure and your first taste of Puerto Rican magic.

As we’re located in a beautiful rural mountain setting, it’s possible you may spot local wildlife such as birds, lizards, or even the occasional coquí (tree frog). Depending on the season, bugs may also appear — a natural part of staying so close to nature. We do our best to manage this, but it's part of the charm of being truly away from the city and surrounded by the outdoors.

Please note that Uber is not available at our location. While some taxi or transportation services may be available, they tend to be expensive. For maximum freedom and to truly enjoy the area, we highly recommend renting a car. This way, you can explore comfortably and at your own pace.

Please keep in mind that THE VIEW LUXE HOTEL is located in a beautiful mountain area surrounded by lush nature, offering breathtaking views. Due to this natural setting, it’s common to encounter harmless insects such as flies, ladybugs, spiders, mosquitoes, and lizards. We professionally spray regularly to minimize their presence, but complete elimination is challenging in this environment.
During the rainy season (June to October), we recommend keeping your suite doors closed to prevent mosquitoes from entering. We provide insect spray for your convenience.

ADULTS ONLY PROPERTY: Please note that children, infants, and minors are not allowed on the property. Failure to respect this rule will result in the cancellation of the reservation and a $500 penalty fee.
?Maximum occupancy of 2 guests at all times. This includes visitors. Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced and exceeding it may result in immediate cancellation of booking or being expelled from the property without refunds. Also will be charged $500 per person as a fine.
?Check Out time is strictly enforced. Our professional maintenance team will need all the time they can have to properly deep clean and disinfect the suite before each guest arrives. A fine of $300 will be charged if guests have not checked out by 11:00 AM.
?Pets are allowed if they weigh 25 pounds or less.
Cats are NOT allowed on the property. Some items are made of leather materials that could be damaged by their claws.
?NO SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the suite even bathroom. The only one designated area for that is the deck area even pool AND with the suite door close. Otherwise, A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated.
?NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: No parties or events without prior consent from hosts. Exceeding this rule may result in immediate cancellation of booking or being expelled from the property without refunds.
?Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am. Out of respect to the neighbors, please keep noise levels down during these hours. Loud Music is not allowed at any time.
?DRONES OVERFLIGHT: Drones overflight isn't allowed at the facilities; it'd can affect the privacity to our ther guests. We'll charge $500 as a fine.
?Subletting not allowed
?Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Stained towels/linens will be charged. Do not hang towels from the balcony.
✔ Cleaning service during the stay has a charge of $30 which includes changes of towels, light bathroom cleaning, sweeping, and mopping.
?If you're planning to celebrate with champagne, please be careful when opening the bottle. It's mandatory to do so on the deck to prevent potential glass breakage or accidents, which could result in additional charges for damages to the property.
?Please, if you have used the lockbox key, remember to leave it inside once your stay ends.
