Our tastefully renovated and decorated vacation home(1800 sq.ft.) is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood.It is only 1.2 miles away from Disneyland,you can walk to Disneyland tram stop（Disneyland parking structure）within 25 minutes.The FREE tram will take you to the park entrance.Or walk 10 minutes to Holiday Inn Shuttle stop,then ride to the park entrance for a fee.

Enjoy the convenience of a spacious driveway with ample space for parking up to four standard cars,plus a 2 car attached garage with direct access to the home.

Beyond your imagination after a long day journey at Disneyland or beach,your family will be delighted to come back to rest and recharge at your personal oasis home.

Our home features 4 bedrooms,2 bathrooms,extra 2 air beds and a spacious living area,making it perfect for 3 multiple families looking to enjoy their stay in this house together.Baby crib,strollers, and highchairs,A plastic baby bathtub is also provided for your little one's comfort and convenience.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for family cooking and dining during your vacation, including pots and pans, knives, utensils, chopsticks, a coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, juicer, slow cooker, coffee mugs, and wine glasses.

You will also find a BBQ grill and a 5-person Hot Tub Spa, where you and your kids can enjoy hours of outdoor fun.The large artificial turf backyard offers plenty of space for children to run around, play, and soak up the joy of outdoor time.

Both bathrooms are well stocked with plenty of towels (including beach towels), shampoo, body wash, hand soap, and toilet paper—so you can travel light and stay worry-free.Free WiFi, a Blu-ray DVD Player, cable TV, and kids' books are also available. Come and enjoy!

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW：
- We are licensed by the City of Anaheim
- Minimum of 3 nights stay
- Maximum of 10 guests
- Outdoor Quiet Time is 10pm - 9am
- No street parking is allowed, there are ample spaces on the driveway
- Fireworks can be loud from 9:30pm - 10pm

Noise level is strictly enforced and NO PARTIES! Guests will be cited and fined for any disturbances.

Everything was great! They had eveything you may need for your trip along with so many others. The kids loved the Disney themed room and they even have extra strollers for the park. Thank you for hosting our families. We will be back again next year.

We had an ok stay. This place definitely is in need of some maintenance and updates. The furniture and some of the appliances were a lot more outdated than it looked like in the description. It would have been nice to have more attention to the cleanliness and amenities. We didn’t have everything we needed like shampoo in one of the showers. Overall was expecting it be nicer than what it was.

First, the could be improved: The hot tub cooled down quickly and all the jets were not functioning. There was a massive amount of spiders around the outside patio. There are wild animals around. I saw a possum and a skunk in the time we were there in the back yard along the fence. Cool but weird. The sheets were not clean upon our first night stay. Notified the host and that problem was taken care of quickly. The great things. A short drive to the Disneyland Parking lot. Easy communication with the host to discuss issues. The host even mailed back a sweatshirt left behind by a family member. The neighborhood is quiet and you can see the Disney fireworks from the front yard. Close to shops and food. In conclusion, the stay was very enjoyable. Safe neighborhood. Fairly clean when we arrived, except for the sheets. Communication was great. Except for the cleanliness upon arrival, it was great! I would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect house for our family. Basically across the street from Disneyland. Kitchen was complete with all the essentials. Easy in and out checklists. Our host responded to all of our questions in a timely manner. We loved the hot tub after long days in the park. We would highly recommend and would stay again.

Air conditioning worked byt house was hot inside when we arrived. Outside back yard was disappointing because it was dirty. Hit run has dirt in the bottom of it. But overall we've stayed in hotels wide shape. Was nice to have a kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Need were comfortable.

3 generations at disney!

Close to Disney- you can see the fireworks from the driveway! Any concerns we had were addressed by the host in a very timely fashion. We had grandparents, kids and grandkids. Perfect for our large group at Disneyland!

Great home near Disneyland

A great family home near Disneyland. Very clean with great communication. It is not within easy walking distance to the Disney parks, but is a short inexpensive Uber ride away. Ubering back and forth saved a great deal of money compared to parking at Disneyland.

Superb

Host was extremely on top of everything and replied very quickly to emails. We had a clear view of the fireworks from the driveway! Everything was clean and exactly as posted. The second bathroom was immediately off the kids bedroom which was just a little awkward but worked out fine. The kids loved the bunk beds. We had 3 kids and they each could pick top or bottom. No arguments. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. A/C worked well. Table large enough to accommodate us all which was super nice. Would definitely stay there again.
