Visit our beautiful pool home, which is perfectly set up for 3+ families. Our house is designer-decorated and upgraded with granite kitchen counters, tiled bathrooms, and wood floors.

Our five-bedroom, three-bathroom home offers two beautiful master ensuites: a Cal King and a Queen bed. The remaining bedrooms consist of one additional Queen bedroom and two children's rooms with full-over-full Bunk beds. The queen and two children's rooms share a hallway bathroom. Each bedroom comes with its own 43-inch TV.

Beautiful kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Open-concept dining and living room. The dining room seats 10, with additional seating in the kitchen. A den with a queen sleeper sofa and TV is off the living room. A Full-size washer and dryer are located inside the unit. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality.

The game room in the garage has a Stiga Ping Pong and a Full-Size Pool Table. Strollers, high chairs, pack-n-play, and booster seats are available for infants and toddlers.

Hi-Speed Wireless Internet is included. Relax in our brand-new sparkling pool with a Jacuzzi in the rear yard. Enjoy our outdoor seating and natural gas BBQ Grill.
It's a nice short walk to Disneyland, and you can watch the Disneyland fireworks from the front yard. The home has central air and heat.

The house SLEEPS 13 in bed and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 13 AT ANYTIME (Includes overnight guests and visitors combined).
Maximum Vehicles 4. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles.
Minimum Stay 3 Nights
NO Smoking Inside the Home or In the Front Yard. Smoking Permitted in Rear Yard w/Conditions
No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code
No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. If the home has a game room, these quiet hours also apply.

Pricing includes a mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee. The pool is heated to 82, and Jacuzzi to 102

All major credit cards are accepted.
A refundable $300 security deposit is due at the time of booking.
A signed contract, guest list, and ID are required at booking.

Extra screening and proof of payment are required for bookings made within 2 weeks of arrival. The cardholder's name and address must match the booking's details. If there is a mismatch, last-minute bookings will be rejected. To complete the process, please ensure the following: - Successful completion of ID screening through GuestRanger, A screenshot showing our charge as "pending" in your online account (you may redact all other details), and a copy of the credit card used for payment, with all card numbers concealed except for the last four digits.

They even offer e-bikes and other services.
