Welcome to your Anaheim home-away-from-home! This recently renovated single-family home (1,984 sq ft) sits on a beautifully maintained corner lot and is designed with comfort, convenience, and families in mind.

🔐 Security: Exterior cameras are located around the outside of the property (front door, driveway, side, and backyard). There are no cameras inside the home. Cameras are for safety and incident review only.

🐾 Pets: Pets are welcome with prior approval! 🐶 An extra $150 pet cleaning fee applies (max 2 pets, under 30 lbs).
🐾Pet Cleanup: Please pick up after your dog and dispose of waste using the bags/bins provided.
Failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee.

🧹 Maintenance: Gardeners may stop by to keep everything fresh & clean. They’ll be quick and respectful of your privacy.

🚫 Parking: Please avoid blocking the sidewalk to prevent tickets 🚓 NO GARAGE PARKING

👶Pack ’n play available but linens not provided (baby skin sensitivity) 🧺
- No parties or events allowed.
- No smoking allowed inside and outside.
- Suitable for toddlers and children under 12.
- No unregistered guests allowed.
- Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
- Please respect the noise curfew.
- Turn off the lights/fans when you leave.
- Please respect check-in and check-out times.
- Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages.
- Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
- Please do your dishes.
- Respect our neighbors. Our homes are close together and our neighbors are our friends who are not on vacation, so please respect quiet time.

- Please take the trash out before you leave.
- No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
