"The property was amazing. Room was clean, the breakfast was fantastic each morning, the staff were very friendly. We were surprised when we checked in and were told that there wasn’t a shuttle to the Disneyland park. In the hotel write up, they specifically state there is a bus that goes from the hotel to the park each day. There was no compensation made and we had to add that to our expense for the week."

"Staff is really friendly and willing to help when needed. Elevator broke down one day, hot water what shutdown one day and we found a roach creeping on our daughters bed. I was told a refund would be issued for one night and the fee for the cot but so far have not heard back on that refund. The water park is nice, hotel is really close to the park."

"We recently stayed at the Fairfield by Marriott Anaheim Resort and overall the hotel itself was fine, but the parking situation was extremely confusing and frustrating. There seemed to be a lot of inconsistency between the hotel staff and the third-party onsite parking/valet staff regarding temporary parking rules. On our first day, we were told that having a rental car onsite for less than 5 hours was okay. The day before we checked out, we asked again and were then told it was only allowed...
