Lake Sawiak Waterfront Haven

This lakeside water front cottage features three bedrooms (1 queen, 1 double, 2 single beds), and two full bathrooms. The living area has a gorgeous view of the lake, 2 full comfy couches, a smart TV (antenna), dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. WIFI available to our guests to stay connected.
You can spend some time in the detached game room stocked with fun, including a Foosball table, dart board, and a variety of board games for all you kids at heart! Or relax lakeside, enjoying a glass of wine, fire up the grill, or sit by the cozy water as the sun sets and the wave’s splash . Enjoy the many beaches all around including your own private beach seconds away.

Great night before my wedding stay

Stayed at the property the night before my wedding and was perfect.A few small hiccups with a tub spout and bathroom light, but the host was super response and fixed it right away.Beautiful home.

Perfect waterfront location for our family getaway

We so enjoyed our stay with you! The perfect waterfront location, walk to the beach a few houses down, the pond across the street to see the swans, egrets and geese. On the lake side we enjoyed a couple windy days with great waves and then things calmed to do some fishing.We continue to come back and thank you so much for being such a wonderful host :)

Lake Sawiak Waterfront Haven

This property was great for a weeks get away in the winter. It was still mild enough to get out to local beach areas. It was also nice to be able to have a space big enough to enjoy movies and games together inside at night and when the weather wasn't agreeable to be outside.

Fantastic stay

Beautiful waterfront location with plenty of privacy and amenities. Kitchen is absolutely stunning and Lukascz was very prompt and thorough with all of his communication. Only recommendation would be a slightly less squeaky and more comfortable master bed but otherwise We had no complaints. Would highly recommend!

Dream by the lake

We stayed at this gorgeous place for four days and fell in love with it. This house is a dream come true directly at the waterline of lake Erie. All descriptions and fotos show the actual situation. Outstanding host!

Great Lakefront Property

Everything you need to sit back and relax. Onlly drawback is the bed in the master bedroom. It wasn't very comfortable for a couple 60 year olds. We like a firm mattress, but this was very hard and uncomfortable. Otherwise our stay was perfect.

Quick Lake Getaway

We enjoyed the house it provided the relaxing atmosphere our family needed before starting the hustle of school and sports. House is beautiful from the moment you step in and view Lake Erie. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the deck right on the water. Our boys enjoyed fishing in the marsh areas down the street and playing in the lake at the nearby beach area. All within a 2 minute walk from the property. Will definitely be back soon.

Lovely cottage

Lovely cottage. Remodelled very well. However, with pets allowed the bedding my grand daughter used had pet hair on it and she is very allergic. This caused some discomfort for her. The BBQ was not used by us as it was dirty. With being at the lake there was spiders snd webs. Wished a broom had been left to clear off chsirs, doorways. Only were give 2 dishwashers tabs and 1 tea towel and dish cloth. Could of used an extra towel and cloth along with tabs.

Lovely view and lakeside deck

We very much enjoyed staying in this lovely cottage. The views of the lake are spectacular and it was so nice to be able to sit out on the deck and watch the water and skies. The rooms were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. I really loved the little coffee/tea nook. There were some minor issues with the property that Lukas was able to deal with in a timely manner. I would certainly stay here again!

Retired friends golf getaway

Wonderfully charming contemporary waterfront cottage. Very clean and conveniently close to desirable places like wineries while being away from the city. Served as the perfect retired “boys’ weekday getaway” spot for daily golf (when playtime is less busy + expensive) and nightly fellowship (drinking!). Looking forward to being guests again!

Family Christmas Get together

This property was just perfect for us. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, dining area, wifi and right on the waterfront! And the festive decoration touches were perfect. Will be booking again for next year Christmas and also again for a family vacation in the summer. Thank you Lukas!
