"The hot tub was cold and low of water, the first room we were in the shower the water barely came out of the shower head, and the carpet floors need a good deep clean throughout the entire hotel..the hotel is dated and needs a good remodel. It does have perks of being right on a small beach of sand and next to good bars and restaurants and being close to attractions. The staff were excellent and good food at the restaurant in the hotel.. nice to have starbucks there too. "

There was a person under the influence of drugs screaming day and night right next to my room, and several others drinking and using drugs on the stairs. The facilities themselves require massive improvement; for instance, the back door leading to the small balcony had no lock, and the stairs are practically falling apart, with several old, loose planks. "Property in bad condition. Breakfast? Coffee, yogurt, granola, apple cereal. Not a piece of bread! This ia not a continental breakfast. The property seems to be uninhabited. "

"The condo was very uncomfortable. The sofa in the living room was very low to the floor when you sat on it you could actually feel the wood frame. There was no comfortable seating. The bed was old very soft. We woke up the first morning and found a dead cockroach by the bed. The floors were in terrible condition. The patio door was difficult to open because it was so rusty "

The toilet in the room was broke, like shattered, the AC stopped working the first day and we called several times each time with the guy promising he would could look at it but never came even though we saw him walking around the property!
