Charming apartment located in the heart of the historic center, on the main pedestrian street. In the heart of the most beautiful neighborhood, with its beautiful facades and narrow streets, it is in close proximity to the château and Clos Lucé, the Loire River, restaurants, shops, and remarkable sites of Amboise. - Bright living room with lounge area (TV with Canal+ subscription), dining area, and fully equipped kitchen: induction hob, conventional oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker and French press, kettle, toaster, dishes, basic necessities, etc.
- Bedroom with king-size bed (180x200)
- Bathroom with shower and toilet
On the second level:
- Large bedroom/dormitory with three single beds (90x190), and a separate toilet in the mezzanine.
The apartment has been carefully renovated with high-quality, light-colored materials (wooden floors, wood paneling, white walls).
On the ground floor, there is a secure parking area for your bicycles.
You'll enjoy an ideal location in this vibrant and lively neighborhood, where you can easily access all the activities you could wish for for a leisure or business stay, before relaxing comfortably in this apartment.

The apartment is ideally located in the historic center of Amboise (direct access to the castle, Clos Lucé, the market, etc.), on the town's main pedestrian street.

The entire apartment is at your disposal; it is furnished accommodation intended for rental only.
The apartment is located on the 1st and 2nd floors of a 17th-century building, without an elevator. It is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
