Downtown Loft Above Craft Beer Bar with Chateau View

This charming loft is situated in the historic downtown area, one block from the château d'Amboise, above a craft beer bar. This location features an unforgettable view of the castle as well as immediate access to all the shops, sites, and eateries Amboise has to offer. Whether you are cycling, wine tasting, or site seeing, our unique loft is a perfect headquarters to facilitate all your activities. Couples, families, and friends ... as well as craft beer lovers, are welcome!

We can accommodate up to 5 guests. The loft is composed of one large open room including the living room, dining area, and kitchen in a 90m² space, full of natural light and a sleeping area one level above. You will find a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a full tub and a washing machine, as well as a dining table to seat 6 and a lounge area with a convertible sofa and a 32in flatscreen tv (with streaming connectivity and free WiFi.)

The sleeping area has a double bed and a single bed nestled under authentic eaved ceilings. The entire loft is well insulated and features AC as well as heat.

The entire apartment is at your disposal with a private entry. The downstairs bar is ready to host you during regular business hours.

We are the owners of the brewery and the bar below, as well as live in the neighborhood, so we are never far away. We are available for anything you might need during your stay! We speak French and English fluently and have relationships with many of the business owners in town. We are happy to assist with reservations or questions, no problem!

Fees for add-ons:

- Early check-in or luggage drop = 10€

- Late check-out or store luggage after check-out = 10€

- Daily Cleaning/Room refresh: (15€ per day) new towels, bed made, straighten, etc

- Breakfast: (10€ per day per person) Delivery of your choice of baguette with butter and jam at or an assortment of pasteries to the door at 9am
