  • The Cedars es una casa de campo de 5 dormitorios en Cedar Clad, ubicada entre bosques en el prestigioso Pullwood Bay Estate, que lo convierte en un refugio verdaderamente tranquilo. Esta propiedad única ha sido recientemente renovada y convertida a un estándar excepcional. La cocina cuenta con electrodomésticos Neff y una acogedora zona de estar incorporada. El gran salón comedor está equipado con una estufa de leña y puertas francesas que dan al patio. También hay un altillo sobre el salón que ofrece una segunda sala de estar con un cómodo sofá esquinero y TV. Hay 5 dormitorios, tres de los cuales tienen baños en suite. La cama principal ofrece un gran vestidor y baño privado, así como una acogedora zona de estar. Con acceso al lago, esta es realmente la propiedad perfecta para unas vacaciones inolvidables en el Distrito de los Lagos.

The host was very welcoming and went over and above what was expected. The house itself is great for a family getaway, and the surroundings are beautiful and serene

Fantastic house, with great location in the forest and close to the lack. The house if well set out to allow for privacy even if you have a full house. An area for the kids to play TV games on one TV, whilst the parents can watch something else in the other room....and if anyone wants to sit outside on the deck, two perfect spaces to sit outside and relax.

Great holiday in amazing weather. The Cedars was just perfect and its location was superb, We have stayed at The Cedars many times before and hope to return - a family favourite!

A wonderful stay!

We had a great time staying at The Cedars. The house looked great on the pictures but blew us away when we saw it in real life. Very spacious and a wonderful stay for a celebration with friends/family. Very luxurious.

Cedars Lodge, Ambleside

We had a lovely stay in ambleside. The lodge was spacious and airey. It's worth walking down to the jetty to take in the beautiful views.

Idyllic lakeside getaway

Great communication with owner prior to and during our stay. Property had everything we needed and location was in safe private grounds close to the lake. Would definitely return without hesitation and highly recommend the property.

Wonderful retreat

Ideal for families, safe woodland area on doorstep and safe access to lake. Property manager very obliging and easy to contact if necessary.

Beautiful house in a fantastic peaceful location!

Absolutely loved our stay here, house is a great size, very clean, location on the estate is beautiful. Only a couple of negatives was that the outside patio, tables and BBQ weren't clean, we cleaned the patio ourselves and some of the house needs some repair, like doors, tiles and floors very creaky but other than that, had a lovely stay and Lois is a very good communicator..

3rd stay in 18 months!

A beautiful appointed property, I have stayed with friends and also as a family party and each time it’s just perfect! Large enough to have your space whilst also working well with the open plan kitchen and lounge. Great communication from owner, nothing is ever too much trouble.

Amazing house and location

Quiet few days away to celebrate my wife’s 40th. Quiet woodlands with deer and wildlife roaming nearby. Beautiful house situated close enough to Bowness and Hawkshead to enjoy the amenities. Log burning stove and modern appliances. Loved it.

Fabulous private spacious house

Lovely property hidden away in a gorgeous forested area on the shores of Windermere close to a lake district town centre. Spacious, clean, comfortable. We had a summer stay so weather conditions warm but there was a stove and heating. Suitable for energetic primary school age kids. Would stay again, happy with it.

Lovely house in quite location

Great house and well appointed with lots of bedroom space. Kitchen a bit small for 10 adults but expect it would not be a problem for families. Access to lake windermere was amazing and it felt very private. A few problem with upstairs shower but maintenence person turned up immediately. Would stay again

Great house, perfect location

Lovely spacious house and well equipped. Excellent communication from Lois prior to our stay. The location is wonderful, we saw lots of wildlife from the house and enjoyed walks and cycles straight from the door. Close enough to Ambleside to nip in for some groceries or a takeaway, yet feels secluded and private at the house. Comfortable beds, very clean, modern bathrooms, excellent utility room. Highly recommended.

Adventure and relaxation

5 couples and 2 children stayed for a week of adventure and relaxation. the accommodation was fabulous and suited us perfectly, especially the ease of letting all of us to eat and sit together. The bedrooms were great. Most impressive was the location. We swam, kayaked, paddle boarded, ran, mountain biked, climbed all from the front door. And then we relaxed. in front of the fire. A brilliant family adventure holiday.

Yearly get together of 10 ladies

Very comfortable place to stay with plenty of everything in the kitchen. The BBQ and outside areas weren’t very clean. Despite this it was overall a fantastic place to stay. Superb view 2 mins from the property and plenty of trails. The 505 bus will pick up with a hand signal and drop off at the property
