Located only 300 metres from Piazza Flavio Gioia, the centre of Amalfi town, where you can find a multitude of choice in terms of shops and restaurants. The villa offers plenty of sunlight and a lovely view of the sea and the Amalfi coast, with an outdoor Jacuzzi tub and private terraces. A car is not necessary in order to stay at this property, but should you have one, it can be parked for a fee in the nearby public car park.

Villa Alessia can be reached from the piazza, either by taking the public lift (open from 8:00 AM to 24:00) that takes you near the villa or by going up around 300 steps.

The villa develops over one level. Inside, we find a large and bright living room decorated in a distinctive Amalfi coast style, with vaulted ceilings, sofa, smart TV and air con, as well as access through a French window to the terrace with sea views. There is a separate dining room with seating for 8, large windows with sea views and access to the terrace, and a separate kitchen modern appliances and air conditioning.

The sleeping area consists of three double bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms with shower, air conditioning and direct access to the terrace. The fourth bedroom is a whole suite and is composed of three rooms: a living room with sofa and two armchairs, a room with double bed and air conditioning, and the bathroom with shower. This bedroom also offers access to the terrace with sea views. There are two separate bathrooms: one with shower and a guest bathroom with toilet and sink only.

There is a separate laundry area with washing machine, dryer, iron and a small guest bathroom with toilet and sink.

Outside, the property offers two terraces, each equipped with tables and chairs, offering stunning sea views. On the first terrace, we can also find armchairs, awnings and the barbecue. There is a private Jacuzzi tub measuring 3x2.3m, available from early April until late October.
