"The lobby was really nice and clean. So was the surrounding areas around the complex. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to enter the room cca 30 min before the official check in time with no fuss about it from the staff. Room was reasonable equipped - hangers, little ironing device and proper board too. Also a Holly Bible was there, which I even as a none believer, found really nice. We were staying over night as have attended the wedding at this place and I can say that...

"The bath was dirty, there was a hole in the bathroom door, and a dent in it too. The toilet flush failed at one point and there was no maintenance person on site till the morning. Thankfully it rectified itself. No plug in the sink. The TV didn't work, we tested the socket and it was the socket that didn't work. "Generally, had a lovely family break at this hotel. lovely and helpful staff, good variety of breakfast choices. No matter who you spoke too, night staff, day staff, staff at the fitness/spa centre, they were all very courteous and paid attention to our needs/queries and met them On discovering our room's air-condition was not working in the 1st night, they were apologetic and quickly got us fans that night as it past midnight and swapped our rooms early the next day.
