The room was clean and spacious. The bed was too soft for my liking and I found it uncomfortable. Other than that, it was a nice room. Novotel Southampton
We booked a fully wheelchair accessible room with roll in shower. The room had a bath which my husband wasn't able to get into. Also there was no air conditioning and the room becmane hot during the night. Would not book this hotel again as it did not meet our booked requirements

Pinnacle Suites
No air conditioning but there was a dyson fan and a heater. Room had a coffee machine, mini fridge, hairdryer and a handheld steamer.
