"It was beautiful large home with plenty of space for 15 of us in a quiet neighborhood. Super clean and comfortable. They have a TON of games and unique amenities, like a towel warmer, beach chairs, extra outdoor tables and chairs.
A couple things that were mildy inconvenient was the thermostat is locked (we understand why) but it would get super cold in the house.
There was only enough TP, dish soap, trash bags, paper towles, and dish detergent for 2 days. With a 5 night stay we had to...

"This suite was fantastic. The beds were the most comfortable we've ever stayed in away from home. It was very quiet. Location was great. Lots of trees and in the woods feeling. The ac unit was ancient, it had buttons and dials from the 80s no reference to the temperature
Paint smeared on the old rubber baseboard. Paint drips on the bathroom tile floor.

On a good note, the carpet was new, and there was a dumpster in the parking lot full of old beds and carpet. So hopefully there is an update in full swing."

"The only positive thing about our stay was the staff. In addition to cleanliness issues with our room (one bed unchanged, dirty nightstand with sticky residue all over it, and bathroom had odor and dirty floor with hair and other residue) it is under active construction.

"Shower was horrible I felt like I got out with shampoo in my hair hardly any pressure.
My car was hit in the parking lot no one left a note or notified the staff and apparently someone was going to email me the camera footage but nothing was ever sent. Air conditioner kept me awake sounding like a cyclone was going through my room. I don't think I'll be visiting again."
