Amazing views throughout, including upper front bedrooms, living room and kitchen and lower level. Sunny southwest exposure offering gorgeous sunsets over the mountains. No disappointments here! Upper level features 3 bedrooms, a full size bath and laundry. Mid level features kitchen, large living and dining area open concept with a half bath, and additional den. Outside gas grill outside kitchen entrance. Lower level features large open living space with a full pull out couch and new 3/4 bath, large windows offer lake views galore! Just a few steps to lakes edge, enjoy huge waterfront patio and a 35' dock, with direct access for boating and water sports. Parking for 2-3 cars. Check in time 4:00 PM, check out 10:00 AM.

Family fun in Alton

My family had a wonderful stay on the lake. The house was beyond clean and very well appointed for the week that we were there. Communication with the owners was quick and plentiful. Loved the old school parts of the house as well as the new kitchen and baths.

Mini getaway

My guests and I enjoyed the visit at the lake, being right at the water is always great. We only encountered one issue, and that was the bedrooms got very warm at night. The rooms stayed warm even with the fans on, and we tried having the windows open the first night but very small bugs got in. Other than that the stay was peaceful and enjoyable.

Great place to visit

Really enjoyed staying here! Very clean and lots of room. It was very hot during our stay and inside of the house was very warm due to the large windows. Blinds didn’t close and there weren’t any on the downstairs windows. Shades that closed would be my only suggestion!! They had plenty of fans which was really nice! Dock and sitting area very nice. They had nice swimming area off the dock for swimming. There wasn’t any yard and no fire pit!!! We had to bring our own. Lots to do and plenty of places to eat in the area. All in all we had a great time and would definitely go back.

Family weekend on the lake

We loved having a house with a dock. We rented a boat for the weekend and had a blast. It was great the property had plenty of parking. There are several stairs from the house to the dock. (Just to make guest looking at reviews aware) Beds were comfortable and the lower level had a private bath and shower. No condiments so pack basics like salt and pepper. A great stay!

Clean and spacious house on Alton Bay

We had 9 adults from 3 families stay here. Very nice house with plenty of room to spread out. Right on the water with a great dock, lots of boat traffic and easy access to the rest of the lake. Very nice stay and the weather cooperated!

Great location for a family/friends vacation, beautiful views of the bay, close to restaurants in Alton bay as well as Wolfeboro center. The property was clean and spacious enough to accommodate two families, lots of privacy.

Winnipesaukee cottage

All in all we had a great time and the cottage was fine. The hosts were very accommodating. Nice view and excellent dock. I would let people know that it is a difficult place to bring a trailer.

Beautiful views

We had a great trip to Alton bay. The property was spacious and clean and had all the amentities we needed for a wonderful vacation. The property manager was quick to respond to our questions prior to arrival. Thank you for a great vacation!

Beautiful Lakefront Property

We had a terrific week at Anne’s waterfront property on Alton Bay. Lake Winnepesauke is the best and we got to enjoy lots of it on the dock, the patio, and from the house’s many windows with a beautiful view. Host provided us with great recommendations on what to do in the area, house had good amenities including a dishwasher, washer/dryer, Smart TV & more, and plenty of parking. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back!
