The entire home is yours during your stay except the garage, storage closets, and basement storage room.

Upon arriving at the property, you’ll immediately notice the grand staircase leading to the expansive main deck and front door.

Main Floor:

Step through the front entrance, and you’ll find yourself in the breathtaking "Great Room." It won’t take long to understand how it earned its name. This spacious octagonal room, crafted with warm wood tones, serves as the heart of the home. Here, you’ll discover a formal dining table that seats up to 12, a cozy sitting area by the wood-burning fireplace, a living space complete with a large Smart TV, and a versatile, circular table perfect for casual dining or spirited game nights. This is where unforgettable mountain memories are made.

Branching off from the Great Room is the rest of the house. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need to prepare homemade meals, including updated appliances that combine rustic charm with modern convenience. A Keurig coffee maker provides the flexibility of brewing a full pot or a single cup—ideal for crisp, cool mornings in the mountains.
On the northern side of the house lies the King Suite, offering a private bathroom complete with an oversized jetted bathtub for added relaxation. This serene retreat also includes private sliding doors leading to the deck, where you can enjoy unparalleled views of the lake.

Down the hallway connected to the Great Room, you’ll find the "Blue Room" and the "Green Room"—names we labored over, as you can tell! Each room features a king-sized bed, private sliding doors opening onto the large deck, and stunning lake views. At the end of the hallway, there’s a full bathroom for shared convenience.

Another standout space branching from the Great Room is the "Outlaw Saloon." This lively room comes equipped with a bar and a seating area facing two large flat-screen TVs. A convenient half bathroom is located just off the saloon. Wondering about the name? We’re glad you asked! One of the home’s owners has direct ties to the legendary Sundance Kid, while another traces their lineage back to a family member in Pancho Villa’s gang. Don’t worry, though—we’re all well-behaved here! The Outlaw Saloon is simply a place to channel your inner rebel and unwind in true Wild West fashion.

Downstairs:

Descending from the Great Room to the lower level, you’ll first come upon a full bathroom, flanked by two bedrooms.

To the right is the Queen Suite, offering a cozy retreat with a luxurious sleep number mattress and an inviting sitting or working area. If you brought your four-legged friends along, this is the perfect room for them. With direct outdoor access, it’s ideal for wilderness walks, and it even features a private dog suite complete with a bed, blankets, and bowls.
Adjacent to the Queen Suite is the "Bunk Burrow," a kid-friendly hideaway featuring two interconnected bedrooms. Furnished with two bunk beds (three twin mattresses and one double), this space also includes an entertainment nook complete with bean bag chairs, a flat-screen TV, a gaming console, and arcade-style games. It’s stocked with books, toys, and games to keep the young—and young at heart—entertained for hours.

Beyond the Bunk Burrow, you’ll find two additional rooms. The first is the laundry room, where a full-sized front-loading washer and dryer await your use. Conveniently, an ironing board and iron are also available—though don’t worry, we’re not too formal here in the mountains!

Finally, the last room on this level houses the indoor hot tub. Please note that the hot tub is older but fully functional. Accessible through the laundry room or the outdoor door at the base of the deck stairs, this space is secured with a keypad lock (Code 2070) for peace of mind, especially with children around. Clear instructions and rules are posted for your convenience, ensuring a safe and relaxing soak.
