The primary en-suite boasts a plush King-size bed, all-new bedding, and furnishings for ultimate comfort. Guests can step out onto the private balcony from the primary bedroom to enjoy their morning coffee while taking in the fresh mountain air and scenic views.

Scenic Views: Enjoy breathtaking views of the golf course, tall pines, and majestic mountains from the expansive windows and balcony. The serene setting is enhanced by abundant wildlife sightings, including the famous Wild Horses roaming nearby.

DIRECTIONS AND CHECK IN INSTRUCTIONS: For the privacy of any staying guest, physical addresses are not provided until booking and confirmation is complete.

ACCESSING THE HOUSE: The driveway up to the house is paved. Guests have full access of the home including the garage (code provided with check in information) Garage is for parking only. Guests are not permitted to use the golf cart. Use the stairs to the left of the garage up to the front door for entry. Once inside all living and sleeping spaces are on one level. Locked doors or cabinets are for owner storage.

Driving access is generally easy to moderate and all roads in the Country Club are paved. Some areas around Ruidoso and Alto are hilly to mountainous but generally easy to get around year round. During winter months, guests are encouraged to have access to 4-wheel drive and/or snow chains in the event of a major winter weather event. For extended stays, travel insurance is always recommended.

Maximum Occupancy: The house comfortably sleeps 4 guests. No additional overnight guests are allowed.

Quiet Hours: Please be respectful of the neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Pets: NO pets allowed in or around the property.

Smoking: Smoking is allowed outside only and must comply with fire restrictions posted by the Village of Ruidoso and Forestry Service.

Please note: FIRE TABLES are no longer permitted for short term rentals per ALSZD Ordinance. Campfires and fireworks are BANNED in ALG&CC regardless of fire restrictions.

Trash Disposal: Please bag all your trash and take to Alto Lakes Collection Center across from Kokopelli Club at 1221 High Mesa Rd. Do not leave trash outside.

Wildlife: Do not approach or feed the wildlife, including wild horses, deer, elk, and turkeys. Enjoy them from a distance for your safety and theirs.

Parking: Please park in the driveway. Do not park on the street.

RVs, Trailers, and ATVs: RVs are not permitted. Trailers and ATVs do not do well with the steep driveway. Guests should seek offsite parking.

Damages: The reservation includes Safely Guest Damage Protection for peace of mind when accidents happen. This is exclusive of Airbnb's insurance. Please notify us immediately if anything in the house is damaged or if anything is not functioning properly.

Additional Guests: If you’re planning to have visitors during the day, please let us know in advance. Overnight guests beyond the booked number are not permitted.

Safety: Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.

Awesome Location

Could not be closer to Alto club house, restaurant, pools, fitness center. Lovely well decorated and appointed condo with all the comforts of home and then some!!! Could not be better!!
