In the house 1 are altogether 4 holiday apartments, which are furnished for 1-4 or 1-6 persons. The apartments are about 41 to 50 m² in size and fully equipped with living room with 3-seater sofa bed extra bed for 1 person, 2-seater Coch or Couch, satellite TV, radio, CD, large windows with sun terrace or Seating area in the garden all with garden furniture and barbecue, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom with shower and toilet, In house 2 (all apartments are in-ground) there are another 2 apartments, which 2014 complete Newly renovated, they are comfortably furnished for 1-6 people. The apartments are about 66 to 81 m² in size and comfortably furnished with hall living / dining room with three 3-seater sofa bed for 5 and 6. Person, SAT-TV, radio, CD, large windows with direct access to the sun terrace all with garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom with shower and toilet, one apartment also has a fireplace.  

Holidays in the Gutspark Schwarbe with horse farm Our holiday complex is located in the former Gutspark Schwarte (OT of Altkirchen) with our adjoining horse farm between Kap Arkona and the island of Hiddensee in an absolutely quiet location surrounded by nature, meadows and fields. On our 12,000 m² property, overgrown with old shadow-spreading trees and our adjoining horse farm surrounded by endless grain fields, you will find peace and relaxation here. For horse lovers there is the possibility to ride or you can go on holiday with us. Comfortable guest rooms are available. Enjoy fantastic holidays on the peninsula Wittow ... where according to statistics the sun most often seems. Our holiday complex consists of 3 holiday houses with a total of 10 apartments and 1 separate holiday apartments. Holiday house 1 has 4 modern, comfortable holiday apartments (41-51 m²). These were newly renovated in 2013 and equipped with solid wood furniture. All apartments have a nice view to the green In the holiday house 2 there are 2 more modern, comfortable apartments (66-82 m²). These were newly renovated in 2014 and are very comfortable and also equipped with solid wood furniture. All are on the ground floor and also have a beautiful view into the green. An apartment has a fireplace and its own garden. Our holiday house 3, first occupancy 2017, is located in the adjoining horse farm. The 4 modern and comfortable apartments (50-80 m²) have all underfloor heating and a large terrace (15-20m²) with a view of the horse paddock. All apartments are very comfortable and cozy. The Ferienbungalow Storch is a detached house (61 m²) and modern furnished It has 3 bedrooms (1 with a separate entrance) All apartments have W-LAN. There are several beach chairs, a table tennis table, a volleyball field, a football pitch, a playground with a large sandbox, a slide and pedal cars for their children. In our large garden really everyone finds a place to play or relax. For cozy hours outdoors, there is also a separate sitting area with garden furniture, sunbeds and barbecue for each apartment. A car parking space is at your disposal free of charge. The Baltic Sea can be reached via a newly constructed avenue in just 800m. The fine sand beach (Nordstrand) is about 1.5 km away. A very well developed bicycle network leads in the west direction in about 9 km to the island Hiddensee and in the east direction in about 5 km to the Cape Arkona with the well-known fishing village Vitt. Shopping possibilities, B. Bakery, supermarket, several smaller shops, a pharmacy and a large department store located in about 4 km distant Altenkirchen. The nearby restaurant Pferdestübchen can be reached in approx. 900 m in Schwarbe-Siedlung. Further bathing possibilities with unique sandy beaches: Nonnevitz 3 km - Juliusruh 7 km with the 10 km long Schaabe Excursion possibilities: * Visit to the Störtebecker Festival in Ralswiek * Drive to the port Saßnitz with a boat trip to the Kreisefelsen and Königsstuhl * Visit to the former KDF bath (Kraft durch Joy) in Prora

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

Herrlich ruhig und erholsam.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Unsere Tochter (11 Jahre) war die ganze Zeit mit ihren Urlaubsfreundinnen draußen bei den Pferden und den Kaninchen. Die Mädchen spornten sich gegenseitig beim täglichen Reitunterricht an, der vom Vermieter selbst mit Feingefühl und Motivation durchgeführt wurde. So schnell spielen Handys mit ihren tausend Apps keine Rolle mehr - einfach wundervoll. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist ausgewogen. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich. Wir kommen wieder.
