For shared use: property 7'000 m2 with lawn and trees. Barbecue. In the house: WiFi, sauna (extra). Washing machine (for shared use, extra). Parking on the premises. Shop 4 km, supermarket 5 km, bicycle rental 5 km, bus stop "Schwarbe" 1.5 km, sandy beach "Nonnewitz" 3 km pebble beach 800 m, indoor swimming pool 4 km. Riding stable 300 m.
"Bela 2", 1-room apartment 30 m2, on the ground floor. Renovated in 2017, stylish and cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), dining table, satellite TV and radio. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Gas heating. Terrace, lawn 100 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

Bezaubernde kleine Unterkunft

Wir haben bei schönstem Wetter eine wunderschöne Woche im Apartment Bela 2 mit unserem Hund verbracht. Alles war liebevoll eingerichtet und blitzsauber. Der Checkin freundlich und unkompliziert. Alles hat einen besonderen Charme. Der Weg zum Strand durch den Märchenwald ist toll und der Strand selbst ist für uns Naturmenschen einfach nur traumhaft. Wir kommen jederzeit sehr gerne wieder. Herzliche Grüße!!!

Ort der Entspannung

Wir waren vollends zufrieden mit der Fewo. Für 2 Personen ausreichend. Auf der kleinen Terrasse, umgeben von schöner Bepflanzung, saß man vor Blicken sehr schön geschützt. Ein paar Meter zum Grillplatz, der auch sehr geschützt lag, konnte man sich zurück ziehen. Die Siedlung der Holsteiner Häuser liegt abgelegen, umgeben von Feldern und Wiesen. Der felsige Strand ist fußläufig durch den "Märchenwald" zu erreichen. Letztendlich haben wir genau das gefunden, was wir gesucht haben.

Sehr ruhige schöne Gegend ! Sehr schöne ausreichend große Ferienwohnung mit allem notwendigen Inventar, kleine Terrasse sogar mit Strandkorb. Zum Strand schöner Spaziergang, man sollte aber gut zu Fuß sein (steiler Weg hinunter) Unkomplizierte Übergabe

Absolut empfehlenswert, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, idyllisch und zum Wohlfühlen!

Uns hat es sehr gut im Haus Bela gefallen. wir haben insgesamt drei Nächte hier verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Abseits vom Trubel und perfekt zum erholen.

kleines, gemütliches 2-Personen-Appartement

Die FeWo, bestehend aus einem Wohn-Schlaf-Raum, ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Holz-Terrasse ist mit 2 Stühlen und Tisch ausgestatet. Für einfache Mahlzeiten reicht die Kochausrüstung. Zum Strand sind es ca. 10 Minuten. Er ist steinig und nicht zum Baden geeignet. Ein wunderbarer Sandstrand liegt in Richtung Nonnevitz und ist zu Fuß in ca. 30 Minuten erreichbar.

Das Haus ist hübsch, der Rest naja!

Alles in allem sehr sehr durchschnittlich! Matratzen durchgelegen vom Feinsten, im Duschbereich das Sillikon verschimmelt und an der Decke sind Ansätze davon! Das Sofa auf dem man sich hinsetzen möchte, muss man mit einer oder mehrerer Decken belegen, damit der Geruch nach nassem Hund nicht mehr durch kommt. Die Küche ist in einem vernünftigen Zustand- aber leider nicht mehr Zeitgemäß. Ich würde mit meiner Frau dort nicht mehr Übernachten. MfG =)
