Immerse yourself in the atmosphere of nature, with a hiking trail right outside your door. This unique location allows you to experience all the charm of nature and privacy, while still being just a few minutes’ walk from civilization. The city center, a bus stop, restaurants, and a grocery store are all within walking distance.

The Accommodation:
All rooms are furnished in a vintage style, blending touches of the past with modern comfort.

Guest access:
Spacious 120-square-meter apartment with a balcony and terrace in the entryway. Large, sunny balcony accessible from the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a connected water filter for drinking water, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. The kitchen has everything you’ll need for a pleasant cooking experience. Bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. Large, bright living room with a large window and a view of the mountains. Leather sofas that convert into beds and a large TV with a PlayStation console. Bedroom and office area with a view of the forest. A library that allows you to immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the past. Each bedroom also has a smart TV with internet access.

Access:
Access is via a gravel road through the forest up the hillside.

Surroundings:
Please note that this is a mixed-use area. There are also industrial buildings here. We have no control over the condition of neighboring properties or industrial facilities (mostly decommissioned and quiet) in the area!

For walks:
For walks in the forest, mountains, and surrounding area, we recommend using the Komoot app. The hiking trails start right outside the front door.
