    This cozy and modern apartment offers space and comfort for up to 4 people.

    On the balcony you can enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air and the magnificent view of the water with the impressive Rügen Bridge. Thanks to the bodentieefen Panoramafenster, the living-dining area is flooded with light. Here is the sleeping sofa, which can be turned into two comfortable sleeping places with few hands (lying surface 150x200cm). A high-quality equipment and underfloor heating ensure that you will feel comfortable in every season.
    The apartment is located in a modern residential building on the upper floor with 5 other apartments and has a parking space in the underground garage.
    The idyllic harbor of Altefähr and the beach promenade are right in front of the front door. Enjoy the sunset and be enchanted by the magnificent view over the Sound and the skyline of Stralsund. Some nice restaurants at the harbor and along the promenade invite you to stroll and feast and in good weather you can sunbathe on the wide sandy beach with the gently sloping water. Children can let off steam in the newly created playground and also for the larger ones there is a beach volleyball court, a sailing and surfing school and adjacent a forest rope park with high ropes course and climbing forest.
    In addition to the beautiful village of Altefähr, there are plenty of highlights on the island, such as kilometers of sandy beaches, charming fishing villages, bays, bays, inland lakes and forests. Let the charm of the spa architecture work in the beautiful Baltic Sea baths and take you to the national parks and the famous chalk cliffs. Many further activities are possible, such as boat trips on the Strelasund, bike tours around the island, fishing in numerous areas or guided city walks in Stralsund. Even golfers will get their money's worth. 2 beautiful golf courses are within easy reach. Take advantage of the cultural offer of Stralsund. Even without a car it is only by bike or with the white fleet (ferry) only a cat jump. Your holiday destination is also a good starting point for trips to the Fischland / Darß region.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ort und somit auch die Wohnung sind sehr ruhig gelegen und damit auch erholsam. Die zentrale Lage macht sie zu einem idealen Ausgangspunkt zu Ausflügen auf Rügen, nach Stralsund und ins Darß/Zingstgebiet. Die Abendsonne mit Blick auf Stralsund kann man schön vom Balkon aus genießen. Alles in Allem zu empfehlen.

einfach hervorragend

Wir haben unseren Urlaub zum Jahreswechsel in dieser tollen Wohnung verbracht. Es war super sauber und sehr gepflegt. Vom Haartrockner bis Waschmaschine ist alles vorhanden. Sehr nette Bewohner im Haus, die man aber kaum wahrnimmt. Ein großer Pluspunkt bei Winterwetter und Frost ist auch der Stellplatz in der verschlossenen Tiefgarage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder..... Fam. Büchting aus Thüringen

Eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in bester Lage mit Tiefgaragenplatz. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Richtige Wohlfühl-Atmsphäre. 2 Minuten zu Fuß zum Hafen mit Gastronomie und Fähre nach Stralsund. Tolle Ausgangslage für Radtouren und Wanderungen.

Moderne Ferienwohnung

In dieser Ferienwohnung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet. Die Aussicht nach Stralsund und zum Rügendamm lädt zu schönen Stunden auf dem Balkon ein. Das Straßenschild "Klingenberg" zeigt leider in eine andere Richtung.Der Hinweis Sackgasse wäre ratsam.
