The apartment enjoys a privileged location on the sea and dump with a southeast orientation ensures maximum sunshine in all rooms. Its distribution is wide and uncluttered with a living room of 40 m2. It has parking space for cars and bikes. It is located in an environment of great beauty, flanked by the sea and mountains. The surroundings are also lovely and worthy of pleasant walks. Restaurants, pizzerias and snack bars are also within a few minutes walk.

Excellent property, great location with three beaches all walking distance.

Great property. Amparo and Salvador were good accommodating hosts who were very helpful. Good location, town is just walking distance. Three beaches very close to the property. Hotel next door has a good bar as well. Overall a great holiday. Thank you.

Fantastic apartment in a great location

The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The view over the sea was expansive and, in stormy weather, the breaking waves were fascinating. An easy walk into either Olla or Altea brought us to a wide choice of excellent restaurants and the nearby tram station enabled journeys further afield to Denia and Alicante.

Early summer holiday 2024.

Great apartment close to the Altea promenade with its many bars and restaurant's. Altea old town is beautiful. We had a car so it was an ideal base to explore the many other resorts nearby. Alfir is quite close and a nice walk along the seafront to its many bars, restaurant's and shops. Well worth a visit. The apartment had everything you would need. It was being at home. Highly recommend.

Wonderful apartment

If you love to look at the sea and listen to the sound of the waves then this apartment is just superb. We stayed for ten nights and this apartment provided first class accommodation with everything that we needed for our holiday. The view around the bay and being able to watch the sun rise every morning was just amazing. Amparo kindly provided milk, fruit juice, water, bread and other provisions for our arrival and made us very welcome. An outstanding apartment in a great location, easy parking and no traffic noise! Just delightful.

Amazing location, Amazing Apartment,

Extremely clean and comfortable apartment with everything you need to have the best holiday by the sea, with everything close from restaurants and entertainment to countryside walks, walks to town, sea-side walks and if you dont like flat leisurely walks there is even a bus and tram near the property. Private parking with gated access was a bonus and you need never leave the apartment if you want total rest. We felt totally refreshed after our week stay here. The apartment offers comfortable sofa's to relax and take in the views whatever the weather and beach chair's and beds if you want to sunbathe as well as lovely big fluffy white towels and linen like a 5 star hotel. THANK YOU x

Leiligheten hadde alt vi trengte. Med grei adkomst og bilparkering. Rolig. Stranden er 50 meter fra fra leiligheten, og rusleturen til gamlebyen i Altea tok et kvarter. Flott å se fra sengen morgensolen komme opp av havet. Hyggelig vert.

Our recent vacation to Altea was excellent, we had the best location one could wish for, a few yards from the beach, excellent sea views. The apartment was second to none absolutely fantastic, spotlessness in every aspect, all the facilities one requires for a perfect vacation. Amparo and her husband greeted us on arrival, gave us a conducted tour of the apartment, and the with the aid of a map showed us all the restaurants that we should try, we did and the food and service was excellent. The standard and the attitude of the owners of this apartment is a credit to them and Spain. We thank you both for making our vacation a memorable one. Best regards, Tony Jackie and Simon.

Little jem just a 5 meters from the beach!

Incredible appartement with stunning views, we could almost dive into the see from the appartement! It really is one of a kind, a little gem I would say! All the necessary amenities are available for short and long holidays. I would recommend this place all year long because of its location and comfort. The people who rent this place are the kindest and will give you a warm welkom feeling and all the necessary information you need! The place is spotless and perfect for maximum 4 people and perfect for smal families. We felt at home in the best place to be in Altea! Best stay I have experienced so far!

Semana Santa en apartamento en Altea, Alicante.

"Espectacular y soleado apartamento en 1ª línea de playa". Nunca habíamos visto un apartamento que coincidiera tan exactamente con el título. 7 días de sol radiante, a pesar de ser marzo, el mar a pocos metros, azul y tranquilo, y un apartamento puesto a todo detalle, con muy buen gusto y distribución. Todo estaba a estrenar, nuevo e impoluto. ¡Qué más se puede pedir!. Los arrendadores fueron muy amables y nos explicaron todo lo que concernía al apartamento y hasta nos hicieron una guía turística de la zona, bien estructurada y acertada. En fin, ¡una maravilla de estancia!. Fuimos tres personas y creemos que está muy bien para ese número. Consideramos que es un apartamento muy recomendable. Atentamente Alberto, Elixabete y Begoña.
