Sierra de Altea, beautiful villa, 250 sq mt, 3 luxury bedrooms, modern open plan living, extensive terraces and large roof terrace with bar. Outstanding views

Casa Panorama arguably has the best view in the Costa Blanca - south facing with a spectacular 210 degree view of the Sea, Mountains, Altea and surrounding towns and villages (with Alicante visible on a clear day) - no pictures can ever capture its beauty. As evening draws in the lights replace the setting sun over the mountains offering a constantly evolving vista.

Nestled in the hills of Altea, Casa Panorama provides a private and tranquil place to relax yet only 3 km from Altea La Vella and 4 km from the beach and 6 km from central Altea. Luxuriously appointed the modern villa has been refurbished to an exceptional standard and benefits from true 'indoor outdoor living' with a large open plan living space opening onto an outside dining and lounge terrace with bi-fold doors expanding the width of the lounge and dinning area. The villa also features a state of the art fitted kitchen with all Bosch appliances. There's a large roof terrace with lounge, dining and bar area, charcoal and gas BBQ's as well large sun terraces, a private swimming pool (6.5m X 3.5m and 2m at the deep end) with outside shower and secure parking for a couple of small
cars.

The lounge has a stone feature fireplace with glass fronted wood burner and is equipped with latest 55" smart Android TV, Netflix, full Sky package and free Wifi.

The high end modern kitchen is excellently equipped with Bosch integrated appliances incluidng bean to cup coffee machine, two ovens (including steam and pizza settings and warming drawer), micowave, American fridge freezer (with water and ice dispenser) and dishwasher.

The three spacious bedrooms are all beautifully appointed and all have ensuite bath and/or shower rooms. They each have fitted wardrobes, flat screen smart TV's and ceiling fans, as well as air conditioning throughout.

The Master suite has a super king sized four poster bed, dressing room (with direct access to the pool) and large ensuite bathroom with corner spa bath, separate walk-in shower and twin sinks with waterfall taps. One of the other bedrooms also has its own private terrace with sun loungers and seating areas.

In high season we always rent from Saturday to Saturday.

Spectacular

We had a wonderful week at this magnificent property. Pictures and words could never convey the quality and cleanliness of this villa or the spectacular view that awaits. The villa is equipped with absolutely everything you could think of. The pool is a decent size and was perfect for cooling down from the heat of the day. The bedrooms all spacious and comfortable. The master suite is particularly impressive. The house manager was always very responsive with any queries. I would not hesitate to stay here again - stunning property.

The 'Wow' Factor!

This is a wonderful property which truly has the 'Wow Factor'. We are demanding travellers who seek out high quality and standards and our expectations were easily exceeded by this lovely property and the support from the owners Alan and Jane and their local support team. The views are mesmerizing with a city scape in the distance flanked by majestic mountains on one side and the sea on the other. Down below in the foreground is Altea and its locality. There is every facility at the villa with full TV and streaming packages etc. We had the most relaxing break and felt compelled to spend a lot of time at the villa with its many spaces and roof top covered deck and bar. The pool gave great respite from the heat and you could still enjoy the spectacular view. All in all one of the best holidays we have ever had!

A little bit of paradise

The property is stunning from the layout to the incredible views. Alan and his wife are excellent hosts that are available if you need anything, though there is already a very thorough guestbook with more than one could ever need. We look forward to coming back.

Lovely family feel with stunning views

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Panorama. The villa is lovingly decorated and felt like a real home from home. The views from the veranda are truly stunning, the pictures really don't do them justice. We often stay in villas and this is probably the best kitted out villa we've ever stayed in, especially in terms of kitchen utensils and appliances. Communication with the owner Alan and property manager Paulene was fantastic and when we had a small issue it was sorted out immediately, we couldn't have asked for more. And the restaurant recommendations were really helpful, all of the ones we tried were great. I'd definitely recommend a stay here, we thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you!

Séjour avec une vue extraordinaire sur la mer et les montagnes

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa très bien aménagée, propre et spacieuse. L'atout majeur de cette maison est son environnement : réveil avec le chant des cigales, calme parfait le soir, vue magique sur la mer, les montagnes et sur la ville éclairée la nuit. La literie des 3 chambres et l'équipement de la cuisine sont au top pour bien se reposer et bien se nourrir. Enfin, un plus très appréciable à notre arrivée : des produits frais dans le frigo et quelques courses réalisées pour nous. Un grand merci à Paulène et Alan.

Tolles Haus mit unfassbar schönem Ausblick! Gigantisch! Ausstattung super, es fehlte an nichts. Das Haus ist von der Innen- und Außenausstattung perfekt und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles super sauber und die Betreuung vor Ort durch Alan und Paulene sehr gut und sehr nett.

Beautiful villa

Had a wonderful week in this beautiful villa! No photos can do it justice! Lovely artwork and furnishings and the best equipped kitchen. Plenty of seating areas outside to admire the fabulous view. Would definitely recommend and will hopefully stay again in the future.

Schitterende villa in een fantastische omgeving. Topafwerking op alle niveau. Keuken met moderne apparatuur en al het nodige materiaal. 55 inch tv met netflix toegang. Wel geen Nederlandstalige zenders. 4 verschillende terrassen op verschillende niveau's zodat je op elk moment van de dag zon of schaduw hebt. Verscheidene degelijke terrasmeubelen. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Stunning villa, stunning location with views that take your breath away

It is a steep climb in the car to Casa Panorama but when you reach the top and walk down the steps to the villa the view is outstanding! We are seasoned villa renters and always pay a bit more for high quality properties with a bit of luxury and Casa Panorama didn't disappoint. The attention to detail in the villa is second to none, the appliances are top notch and every conceivable kitchen implement is at your disposal. Having Sky TV and reliable Wi-Fi was a must for us as a family with 3 teenagers. Everything worked and there were no problems getting our the devices set up. The upstairs open plan layout is perfect. The clean contemporary lines of the space and how it is designed and furnished is stunning. It really is a lovely villa to stay in, a real home from home, everything in the villa screams quality. The pool is lovely too, not big but adequate for our means. We spent most of our time on the balcony, the fact that it is a glass balcony means the views are interrupted and you really can appreciate the ever changing landscape in front of you. The owners were a delight to deal with and Chantal their local agent was superb. We never go back anywhere as the world is a big place and we want to try new places however Casa Panorama will remain in our memory as one of the best.
