Costa blanca in style

We had a lovely stay at Maria's villa. Even though our arrival was delayed by several hours she was there to meet us and show us around the apartment. Super views over the coast and easy access to the local beaches all a short drive away. The shared pool is a real treat and was never too busy and had a life guard at peak times. Maria is very enthusiastic about her region and gave us some great ideas for day trips and local restaurants for the family. Highly recommend.

Holiday in Altea

Maria and Alejandro were at the property to give us a warm welcome even though we were late arriving. The house is spacious and beautifully clean and Maria makes herself available via email/phone to provide any help or advice you may need during your stay. She knows the area well and is able to advise as to places of interest to visit. The pool area is clean and peaceful and ideal for a relaxing holiday. A car is vital as there are no amenities directly on the doorstep but a well stocked supermarket is a short drive away as is Altea town which is beautiful and bustling with many shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Super mooi met fantastisch uitzicht!

Mooie villa en van alle gemakken voorzien. Maria en Alejandro zijn erg vriendelijke mensen en willen het iedereen naar de zin maken. Je hebt wel voor alles een auto nodig want de villa is op de berg. De uitzichten van het balkon en dakterras zijn geweldig! Maria en Alejandro bedankt voor alles we hebben een super vakantie gehad!

Absolutely Amazing

I stayed at Altea hills with 5 of my friends. The villa was outstanding. It was very clean and enjoyable to just lounge around if you wanted to stay at the villa to just chill out. The pool was clean and really relaxing. The scenery is just fabulous. Both Marie and Aliandero were great. Really accommodating and happy to help with anything we needed help with (ringing a taxi for example). We arrived early so We was allowed in to change and leave our luggage so they could continue ensuring the villa was immaculate for us. We then ventured into Altea and we was contacted and picked up by the owners when the villa was ready for us. 5 stars is not enough for this villa and service provided.... they need a 10 star rating. Just an absolutely amazing place to stay 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 I was also part of the same party and cannot recommend this highly enough, from location to the villa to all the little finishing touches , everything was perfect and the owners went over and above what would be expected to ensure we had a fabulous holiday. I truly did not want to leave- wonderful!

Séjour magnifique

La maison est parfaite : splendides vues, calme, piscine très proche, emplacement parfait, très bien équipée et très propre. Nous avons passé de merveilleux moments sur la terrasse, à la piscine avec les enfants et lors des visites des environs de Altea (Alicante,Elche, Denia,Moraira). Un grand merci à Maria pour son accueil chaleureux, son amabilité et ses très bonnes adresses (visites, restaurants, etc). Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Mooie verzorgd huis in altea hills

Goed onderhouden huis, met een masterbedroom + ensuite badkamer en nog twee andere slaapkamers en een badkamer. Keuken met alle voorzieningen om ook zelf te kunnen koken. Meerdere terrassen met leuk uitzicht. Het zwembad is 1 minuut lopen, is groot en alleen voor de bewoners van een aantal huizen, dus nooit druk. De eigenaren zijn zeer vriendelijk, spreken goed Engels en zijn heel erg bereid om te helpen. Zowel met advies over leuke uitstapjes, maar ook waar je het beste kan parkeren of lekker kan eten. Het huis ligt gunstig ten opzichte van diverse uitvalswegen, richting bijvoorbeeld Valencia, Allicante, Denia, Morraira, Calpe en Benidorm. Ook Altea zelf is makkelijk bereikbaar. Supermarkten zijn vlak in de buurt.

Lovely place and amazing host

A fabulous Holiday for us. Lovely apartment and Maria, our host, shared lots of tips on what to do and where to go. She helped us loads. Highly recommend. You do need a car to get around - we had many day trips and we often used a taxi at night. Thank you Maria.

Leuk huis in een zeer mooie omgeving

We brachten een heerlijke week door in Maria's huis. Communicatie met haar check-in, check-out was zeer eenvoudig, en ook tijdens ons verblijf was ze gemakkelijk beschikbaar wanneer we vragen hadden. Ze gaf ons een aantal goede tips over bezienswaardigheden en restaurants. Het huis zelf is mooi ingericht en comfortabel voor 6 personen. De terrassen zijn geweldig. Jammer dat het weer niet leuk genoeg was om ze tijdens ons verblijf goed te gebruiken.

Een zomer huis oké, maar niet geschikt voor de wintermaanden zonder centrale verwarming, erg koud!

Het huis was gezellig ingericht, een mooie plant als welkom en een flesje wijn, was een leuke binnenkomer. Met de koffiepot konden we niet overweg, de verhuurder kocht al snel een Senseo voor ons wat we erg attent vonden. Helaas was er geen centrale verwarming, wel stonden er een paar radiatoren om op te warmen en was er een alles brander. Ondanks dit alles was het toch erg koud, mede doordat het een vrijstaand huis is tegen de berg helling. De dekbedden waren van slechte kwaliteit, je kon er bijna door heen kijken zo dun. Spreien en alles wat we konden vinden gebruikten we om het s’ nachts wat warm te krijgen. Het uitzicht van het huis is heel mooi, helaas ligt het niet gunstig ten opzichten van het verkeer wat er voor en opzij voorbij komt, ook nog vaak bouwverkeer, waardoor het erg onrustig is als je buiten zit. Gelukkig waren we heel veel weg. Hopelijk wordt het verkeer in de toekomst minder, nu wordt er nog veel gebouwd op de berg. De omgeving is geweldig, vooral als je van wandelen houdt, volgend jaar komen we zeker terug naar Altea.

Lovely villa with amazing views over Altea.

Great villia with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. With a large lounge and dinning room. Outside on the terrace there is lots of space for kids to run about with two tables for outside dining with a great roof terrace for relaxing sunbathing. At the front of the house there is a large dining table under cover which is great if it gets to warm on the terrace. You also have use of a large shared swimming pool with one shallow kids pool contacted to a larger pool, which is set in a lovely garden area with plenty off space to relax and enjoy the sun. Altea Hills it's self is set in fully secured area about a ten minute drive from Altea. With security when you enter and exit the site and also security round the site 24 hours which makes it feel very safe and secure. I would just like to say a big thank you to Maria for making our stay feel really good and we are already planning on rebooking for next year.

Excellent view from the two terraces which is perfectly South facing, is spacious and well equiped

The area has much to offer, sandy beaches and restaurants are an easy drive, with a restaurant also on site. Supermarket is at the entrance to the complex and is well stocked, larger markets are in Altea and Celpe a few minutes drive. The area has many places of interest and well worth investigsting were already planning a return.

Wonderful location in Altea hills on q beautiful spot!

Property reminded me of Tuscany with beautiful vistas, incredible views and a lovely villa thatt feels like home'! Our hosts were wonderfully gracious. Recommend this home to anyone looking for a special experience in a wonderful place. Hard to say goodbye. Do not hesitate to choose this magical place. Immaculately clean. Descriptions are true. You will feel at peace here!

magnifique !

très belle villa, la vue est magnifique, villa très bien équipée. la piscine est privée et commune à plusieurs villas mais peu fréquentée. très beau cadre dans un jardin arboré, c'est vraiment superbe. Nous avons eu un accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires, avec de nombreux conseils sur les visites autour d'Altea et à Altea. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. Un grand merci à Maria et à son époux Mr et Mme C.

excellent séjour en famille

nous avons beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse et la disponibilité de Maria qui est une personne formidable et très attachante nous avons passé 10 jours en famille dans une très belle maison où tout était conforme au descriptif de l'annonce et avec vraiment tout le nécessaire pour passer d'excellentes vacances nos 2 petites chiennes ont bien profité également de tout l'espace nous reviendrons chez Maria avec beaucoup de plaisir nous lui souhaitons plein de bonnes choses et de rester comme elle est : parfaite nous l'embrassons bien fort

Superb location with panoramic views.

Lovely friendly owners and excellent location in a gated community with lots of outside terraces to enjoy the excellent views and sun or shade. Beaches, shops and all other facilities are within a short drive. Use of the garage keeps the car cool and all the appliances you need for a relaxing self catering holiday are available.

Une maison dans un cadre magnifique où nous avons passé les fêtes de fin d'année .

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cette propriété qui correspond tout a fait au descriptif donné. Nous avons profité de sa belle terrasse pour voir non seulement la mer mais aussi toute la baie d'Altéa et les villes autour illuminées la nuit. Les feux d'artifice tirés d'un peu partout le soir du 31/12 sont un plus. La maison est confortable et très propre, bonne literie, canapé et fauteuils agréables , cuisine fonctionnelle avec de bons appareils. Aucun problème pour stationner. Pour l'été une piscine est aussi mise à disposition des clients . Maison à recommander. Merci à Maria et son mari pour leur gentillesse et leur accueil.

Beautiful views, stunning accommodations and welcoming hosts.

The property is romantic, spacious, extremely clean and surrounded by mountains, lush vegetation and a view of the Mediterranean Sea. Hosts Maria and Alexandro go out of their way to make your stay memorable: fully equipped kitchen, barbecue, and time spent with their guests to organize an itinerary suitable to their interests. Maria speaks many languages and her English is flawless, making communication effortless. A truly romantic stay and experience!

Lovely home with great view near charming town of Altea

First and foremost, Maria is the best VRBO hostess EVER! She is so warm and welcoming and a wealth of information. Her restaurant recommendations were spot on! We had some of our best meals in Spain in Altea, Sevilla, and Cuenca - all recommendations of Maria! The house is fabulous, just as described. A wonderful retreat after a busy day of sight seeing. Highly recommended.

Heerlijk ontspannen op een prachtige locatie!

Overall zeer positieve ervaring omtrent de villa, zowel de eigenaren Maria en Alejandro. Duidelijke afspraken vooraf gemaakt; bij aankomst in Altea werden we opgewacht door Maria en gingen samen naar de villa waar alles tot in de details werd uitgelegd omtrent de villa, Altea zowel leuke plekjes/restaurantjes om te bezoeken. De villa is gevestigd in een bewaakte resort "Altea Hills", met adembenemende uitzichten!! Je ontmoet zelden dit soort eigenaren die begrijpen hoe belangrijk vacanties voor mensen zijn en er alles aan doen om mee te helpen aan een onvergetelijke vacantie! Photos, inrichting, overall staat van de villa en uitzichten klopte helemaal en sloot aan bij eerdere ervaringen van andere mensen. Een absolute aanrader voor een top vacantie op de Costa Blanca! Dank Maria en Alejandro voor jullie gastvrijheid!
