"Our group stayed at the Rocco Forte Charles hotel for 4 nights before departing for our cruise, and we absolutely loved the hotel. Gorgeous, well appointed rooms, great staff, beautiful restaurant and wonderful location. Breakfast at the restaurant was a great way to begin each day. We had dinner out on the terrace, very nice. Can’t safe enough good things about the staff; really made our stay such a joy."

"I love this hotel! The location was great, so close to everything you might want to do in old town. The rooftop terrace with a view of the castle was my favorite part. I enjoyed the breakfast and was offered fruit and a roll on the morning I left before the buffet opened which was really sweet! My only complaint was no air conditioning which was a big problem as it was 90 degrees during my stay. Otherwise it was absolutely perfect!"

"The staff was pleasant, continental breakfast was ok. Nifty theme well done in the room. The room was quite warm with days near 80 degrees F and still warm in there at night. Tap water was too warm to drink but there were 2 complementary bottles but not helpful for filling water bottles. Even at night it was hard to cool down. Would be nice to have even a small toiletries shelf in the bathroom."
