"The only positive about this place is the location, walking distance from the center of town and art/synagogue district. The negative: Can't access with car, the road is so tight and there is always car parked blocking access resulting in at least 2 block or more walk both uphill and downhill with heavy bags from our trip. Our stay was made even less pleasant by a water outage which limited our ability to shower and by stairs that were literally not safe to walk on. We contacted the owner on...

"The staff were not very friendly or helpful; the cleaners were, by contrast. Even though the temperature was still in the 80s, the pool was closed. There were signs for a spa, but none was on the property. We paid for a room with a balcony and a view, but the balcony wall is too tall, and the chair is too short to see the view, so it's not worth paying extra unless you're content to view it standing up or from inside. A sign on the balcony said, Please don't open the balcony door; there are many...

"The place is close to most places in the Galilee area and is great for families with kids. The view of the lake from the dining room is fantastic but you don't have access to the water. The rooms were clean and spacious. The only drawback was that we found the AC made the room initially too cold so we turned it off. There are lots of places to go for walks and a canoe/paddle boarding rental near by access from Yardenit down the road."
