The 57 m² Non smoking apartment 3 with its own parking space is located on the first floor of the main house and has an open living room with a modern kitchenette, a cozy living area with sofa and armchairs, an integrated dining area, two bedrooms (one double, a single bed) to the cooler side of the forest and a bathroom with shower and toilet. From the balcony you have a magnificent view over the Dreier Lake; but even if the weather should not be so nice, you will feel comfortable in the brightly furnished, bright rooms.   The modern fitted kitchen offers a fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave with grill function, 2-plate ceramic hob and plenty of dishes.  Pure nature with lake view!The south-facing balcony with lake view, garden chairs, table and umbrella invites you to relax.
