"Well-maintained property close to Lake Bohinj and the TIC, and all the activities around the lake in Ribčev Laz. Also walkable to the cafés and restaurants in the vicinity if you don’t have a car. "The room has potential. Much about the room was fine. Here are the issues that we experienced: road noise, tobacco smoke rising from the restaurant, inadequate interior lighting, no hooks for towels, too few hooks for clothes, the sheets were not clearly clean. If you stay here, request a room on the back, away from the road and restaurant. The place has potential, but the little details matter. "

"The hotel is in a great location near the lake. The room was fine and had a balcony. The breakfast was good, as was dinner but you are advised to get there at 19.00 when it opens. The staff were mostly fine, it would have been nice to know about the extra costs for the sauna before getting to the wellness centre, the swimming pool was great though."

"The air conditioner wouldn’t go below 22, we woke up pouring sweat. Everything was an add-on. Renting a bike for an hour was slightly cheaper than 4 hours; not free for guests. Breakfast for charge, mini bar is full but they’ll email you after your departure to settle that cost as well. Meh."

"The only great thing about this hotel are the views and the staff. It is very tired and the so called fabulous restaurant isn't even open for dinner. It is out of the way too. Nowhere ti sit and admire the views unless in the restaurant areas. How you describe it as exceptional is beyond me"
