The great magic of this apartment is its wide outdoor balcony, conveniently accessible from the living room and both bedrooms! This fantastic wraparound space, furnished with a table and benches, has a practical extendable awning: keep it retracted to enjoy the sun and open urban view, or close it to shelter the area on cooler days, creating a perfect winter garden.

The two bedrooms are harmoniously decorated in a calm, classic style. They are equipped with comfortable double beds and large wardrobes to conveniently store your belongings, benefiting from fantastic natural light thanks to the wide sliding doors leading to the balcony.

The bathroom, equipped with a shower cabin, has all amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The energy of this neighborhood is genuine and welcoming: strolling through the surrounding streets and squares, you'll easily find traditional shops, lively cafés, typical pastry shops, and restaurants celebrating true Portuguese gastronomy. It's the perfect refuge for those who want to experience local daily life, away from the busiest hustle, but with all conveniences at the door.

The great magic of this accommodation is its extraordinary proximity to central Lisbon. The most scenic and fastest way to reach the heart of the capital is via a short, picturesque ferry ride from the nearby Cacilhas area. In just 10 to 15 minutes crossing the river, you'll dock at Cais do Sodré Station, immediately steps away from Chiado, Praça do Comércio, Mercado da Ribeira, and the lively Bairro Alto. Alternatively, excellent road access (and the Fertagus train network) via the iconic 25 de Abril Bridge quickly puts you in the heart of Lisbon's action.

As a strategic base to explore the region, this location is simply unbeatable. Without even crossing the river, you have top attractions at your disposal: marvel at panoramic views over Lisbon from the majestic Christ the King Sanctuary, or enjoy an unforgettable sunset stroll at Cais do Ginjal (Cacilhas), a riverside area famous for its seafood and fresh fish restaurants.

For nature and sea lovers, the famous, extensive golden sand beaches of Costa da Caparica — the region's great surfing capital — are a short drive or bus ride away. Further south, the picturesque fishing village of Sesimbra and the stunning landscapes of Arrábida Natural Park are perfect day-trip destinations. It's the ideal setting combining local living, the charm of the best beaches, and the magic of Lisbon just a short crossing away!

The area is very well served by public transport. Several bus lines are nearby, and the Cacilheiro (ferry to Lisbon) is a short distance away, offering a scenic crossing of the Tagus.

By car, central Lisbon is about 15 to 20 minutes away via the 25 de Abril Bridge. We recommend using Uber or Bolt for more convenient trips. Humberto Delgado International Airport (LIS) is about 25 to 30 minutes by car.

You will be asked to verify your identity before check-in. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, subject to availability and confirmation.

Once the booking is confirmed, guests are required to fill out a registration form, in accordance with legal obligations set by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy regarding smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule was violated (e.g. smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of €200 for smoking.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair utility usage policy with an €80 cap will apply.

In the first days, we provide basic amenities: shower gel, shampoo, soap samples, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and trash bag.

Extra keys: €20 (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys, or door-opening service during the stay).
Extra cleaning with bed linen: price of a cleaning fee.
Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
