"I had a wonderful stay and was genuinely impressed with the room. It was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with a comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a long day. The room was quiet, well-lit, and thoughtfully laid out, with plenty of storage and convenient amenities. I especially appreciated the clean bathroom and strong water pressure in the shower. The kitchen was a huge bonus—fully equipped, clean, and easy to use, which made cooking meals really convenient....

"Our apartment was spotless and very comfortable.
The heating was on for our arrival so it was very cosy inside, which we greatly appreciated as it was cold outside. The rooms were large and we had 2 king size bedrooms with very comfortable beds. The kitchen was equipped with all the essentials with the added bonus of a dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine. Our bathroom had a bath and a separate shower, with the shower having great water pressure.
We would definitely recommend this...

"We ended our stay in Edinburgh by staying a couple days at this location in Learmonth Gardens. We found everything we needed for our short stay and the host communicated with us regularly to make sure our needs were met.
The location is on a quiet street next to a private neighborhood garden. We even saw a fox there one morning in the midst of the city!"

"We had so much fun in Edinburgh, and partly due to the fact that our accomodation was so well located. This apartment is on a bus line that has several routes to all the things you’d want to do in Edinburgh; as well as a walk to fantastic cafes and the botanic gardens. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable, and very well priced for our visit during the Fringe and Tattoo."
