This 75 m² holiday home offers the perfect setting for a wonderful vacation in North Bornholm, just 400 meters from the rocky coastline and one of Bornholm’s most beautiful sandy beaches, with the relaxed Sandkås Beach Bar nearby.



The house features a bright and inviting living and dining area in open connection with the well-equipped kitchen – ideal for cozy holiday days.



It accommodates 6 people across three bedrooms, each furnished with two box mattresses (80 x 200 cm). The bathroom has underfloor heating, a shower, and a combined washer/dryer.



The holiday home is well insulated, equipped with energy-efficient appliances, and heated/cooled by a heat pump, ensuring a comfortable indoor climate and reduced energy consumption.



Outdoors, there is a large plot as well as a partially covered east- and south-facing wooden terrace with garden furniture and a gas grill. Parking is available for 2 cars, and there is an EV charger. Public transport is just 200 m away.

Along the coast runs the old rescue path, one of Bornholm’s most beautiful hiking trails. You can easily follow it on foot to Allinge/Sandvig or Tejn, both of which offer shopping, grocery stores, and restaurants in all price ranges.



Behind the house a walking and cycling path leads to the beautiful rift valley Storedalen and the disused quarry Lundegårdsbruddet, both worth a detour. Note: Not for commercial rental.
