"Great location, great staff. The ballrooms and other event amenities looked great. We saw lots of wedding groups. The rooms were clean but opportunity to modernize. For example, having USB-C charging options and more connection points for devices would be nice. No market pantry for a quick grab and go option and the fact that the onsite restaurant is not open for lunch on Saturday and Sunday is a bit inconvenient, esp if you're in a rush but plenty of options nearby. "

"Room was much smaller than what was seamed on photos. Wide angle view makes us look much larger. Bathroom was fine but the actual room just enough space for bed and 1-2 feet are on each side of bed. That was it. No place to put your clothes. Only hooks on wall. Fridge will hold minimal items maybe one full subway sandwich so pack accordingly. They would not switch room to a larger one even when available for additional charge (maybe their policy is different but still did not expect that). No...

"I earlier reviewed this on both Expedia and Trip Advisor, giving a very favorable review about the Quirk atmosphere, the chic decor. It was an experience in pink! But I'd like to say again how much we appreciated the very gracious welcome we got from the lady at the front desk the evening of April 9th. She made us feel like it was our home away from home. "The pool was closed for repairs, which was the primary reason we chose this hotel. The room smelled like urine but did improve once we turned on the air conditioning. They gave us a handicapped accessible room (which we didnt need) and the adjustable shower head would not stay up. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom so it was smelly and musty after use. The staff was great. "

"We chose this hotel due to its proximity to relatives we were visiting. The staff was competent, our room quiet and comfortable, and the breakfast was good (albeit lacking in healthy options). One hassle worth noting was one of the two elevators for the 8-story hotel was non-functional during our three night stay. This proved to be a major inconvenience at during the morning hours when guests were trying to get to breakfast, return from breakfast, and/or leave. Wait time for an elevator was ten...
